I walked home with Philip in the foggy dystopia we call our neighborhood, since he apparently had detention for talking too much in class. We held hands because apparently not only couples do that and then suddenly he stopped. "What is it?" I said, frowning. He sighed. "Nothing. It doesn't really matter. Bye, Ivy!" It read, "Ivyyy I'm bored wanna calll" and I responded "sure why not" because calling her was better than doomscrolling my free time away. We chatted about the day and then my mom said I had to get ready for bed so I did and then I went to sleep.
