☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆The taste was addicting; soon the sweet and seductive smell of alcohol lingued over both of them. I little while later Fitzpatric bravely returned back, this time with their starters.
Two plates of steaming hot, beautifully presented food were placed next to both of them. "Perfect."
"Oh Master Mikage, I have no need for your praises, you are too gracious."
Reo started eating his Alaskan crab leg in a cup, consisting of skewers of lightly fried crab meat served in a thick vegetable broth.
It didn't look like food, more like a weird piece of art, but if Reo liked it, Nagi knew it must be good."This thing looks like porridge, it smells nice too." Inquisitively, he prodded his Truffle risotto, seeing it mould around his spoon and doused with creaminess.
"Mmh.. this is pretty nice," the white-haired teen muttered with the food still swirling within his mouth. The buttery light flavour delicious dissolved within his mouth, whilst specks of grated truffle packed the flavour. Despite being tiny, those small diced crispy shards brought a strong, smokey flavour which was like nothing he'd ever experienced.
"Slow down, I've never seen you eat this fast.. are you ok?" Reo was genuinely concerned. It was a potential choking hazard. After a minute of eating as much as he could possible stuff down his throat, he breathed.
"Reo, If I get this as my breakfast everyday, i'll marry you as soon as I can," Nagi stated very seriously.
"*choking sounds*" Holy shit.. Reo was the one choking.
"Reo? Are you OK?"
"God dammit don't say stuff like that out loud. I-It took me by surprise!" Painfully he swallowed the crispy piece of crab meat that nearly killed him.
It didn't take them long for both of their starter meals to be fully devoured. As expected, their trusty waiter arrived back, holding two dictionary sized books.
"What's this?" Nagi asked.
"These are menus for the main course, young Sir. There are thousands of options and dishes are almost fully customisable to tailor to anyone's preferences."
"Uhh OK. Reo, please help me decide.. I really dont know what to pick."
"Hmm alright. Nagi, I reckon that you would like: ' (complicated dish whixh has caviar).
Nagi hasn't the slighest clue of how this food would look like, but he hoped it wouldn't take the form of a sculpture or an abstract painting. "Yep.. that sounds like a nice choice."
Reo too a little longer to choose; his eyes scrolled through the heap of options, but ended up settling on an exotic Italian dish.
"I'd like to get this please.""What a delightful choice Master Mikage."
The wait for the food was long, and although they passed the time with a bit of chatting, Nagi was unfortunately starting to feel the effects of being tierd. Nagi fell asleep.
"Nagi? Oi Nagi!" They were halfway through a conversation when Nagi felt being awake was a hassle.
"He fell asleep." The purple haired teen sighed.
He did realise Nagi must have been exhausted.. poor Nagi, going through so much today.
He lighty touched his lover's white messy hair: as soft as snow, as beautiful as flowers. Reo's touch was gentle, like the touch of a warm breeze. Reo couldn't help but cold his head in his hands and and watch in awe like a mother watching for their sleeping baby. His Nagi was spawled over the table snoring cutely as if it was his bed, so innocent as if he hadn't just slept in a fucking restaurant.
It was no big deal and Reo was about used to it by now, but Fitzpatric became very worried and rushed over. He was alarmed that the food may have been poisoned.
"Master Mikage, is eveything alright -is your friend OK? I will immediately call medical assistance."
"Medical assistance?! Can't you tell he's asleep."
