Background:
You got your Quirk at the age of 2 and not knowing for to control your quirk you ended up killing your parents (Tenko moment) but as you quirk is what it is you Learnt very quickly on how to control it and live a... Happy life? You were never found by the heros or police so your whole family is dead but you're "missing" well in their eyes at least...
As a child you never went to school as you found it boring (my dream) and because of your quirk you already had the whole information of the world on your hands making you a world class threat, but no one knew this only you and your cat.
You're a well known Vigilante as you're tactics are very well... lets just say people know you for your tactics and how you lay out your crime as no one knows your face you're not noticed in shops or on the streets which helps you lay out your work even better
