BIG don't. If you are staff or a higher ranking cadet, don't goof off in front of lower ranking or non staff cadets. This makes you look unprofessional and sets a bad example for your cadets. However, I am in no way saying that you shouldn't have fun with your cadets. We are, after all, still human and teens at that, so sometimes (in the right time and place) have fun with your cadets. Play games be goofy, but always remember that there is a time and place for everything.
