Chapter 15

17 NOVEMBER 2022
I woke up feeling like shit. After yesterday's terrible accident at camp nou, I've acted like an total brat towards my brother when I actually should've been thankful for him.

I'm still laying in bed, but since the boys don't have training today because of the World Cup , I can just stay in my bed. I'm so fucking excited for the World Cup cuz I actually will be there and support my dearest brother. I still can't believe we're leaving this fucking night

Suddenly a grip around my waist tightens. I look around to see who it was, it was gavi.

Shit

I totally forgot about yesterday night when we were all cuddled up together.

„get off of me" i quickly got out of my bed

„what do you mean" he said with an sleepy voice while rubbing his eyes

„you were all over me gavi"

„I was literally sleeping how do you want me to control what I'm doing in my sleep"

„well I've told you before I dont want you don't you understand?"

„well you can't only blame me, it's not like you pushed me away yesterday night"

„yeah I know, but that was because maybe I was having a mental breakdown"

„so? Isn't it my job to comfort you when your having that breakdown or how you call it? Isn't it what best friends do??"

„no gavi, not by cuddling, that's what couple's do but we're not a couple and we'll never be one"

He didn't respond to that

Instead he just looked down kinda disappointed I think but he quickly got up and went to his room.

Ok maybe I was an little harsh and I was the one who let him cuddle me but i just don't want him playing me again.

After the most awkward breakfast pedri went to the pool and gavi went to play fifa ig

I just washed the dishes, I did my best to clean them as soon as possible to go and talk to pedri after that.

Finally, I'm done

Ok Linn you got this, it's you're brother not some kind of stranger.

I went over to sit on the edge of the pool with my feet in the water.

We both stayed silent but he sertainty knew I was there

„you know I'm really thankful for what you did, he really did deserve it"

„I know"

It's actually so funny cuz I can see the little pedri in him, he hasn't changed a bit.

„I'm sorry pepi" that's my nickname I have for him and he hates it but his name is just so difficult to find  other nicknames for

„I'm sorry too Linn, and don't call me that."

I laughed at that, I'm sorry but Pepi just sounds so funny.

He walked out of the pool and wanted to give me a hug but I stepped back.

„absolutely not, you're all wet" I said

„c'mon Linn, I'm you're brother please" he still stood there with open arms

„I'll give you a hug if you can catch me Pepi" and I ran away as fast as I could.

I think I forgot that my brother is a professional footballer who can run as fast as fucking flash or maybe even faster.

Before I could even run inside pedri picked me up and trew me over his shoulder. He ran to the pool and jumped in with ME STILL ON HIS SHOULDER.

Now the problem is that I was wearing white, and as y'all now white becomes transparent when it gets wet.

Idc I was with my brother so I doesn't matter.

We swam for what felt like ages and it was so good to have my brother back. Sometimes I don't realize how much I love my brother but sometimes he's such an annoying little kid.

We both got out of the pool and sat down on a lounger.

„GAVI CAN YOU GET US A TOWEL OUT OF MY ROOM!" Pedri yelled to gavi.

„YOU FUCKING LAZY COW CANT YOU GET IT YOURSELF!" Gavi yelled back

„NO YOU DUMB BITCH IM FUCKING WET OTHERWISE I DIDNT NEED A TOWEL!"

„IM ONLY GETTING IT BECAUSE MY PHONE IS IN YOUR ROOM TOO DONT THINK I CARE ABOUT YOU THAT MUCH!"

It's so funny that they act like they don't care about each other but they both know they would take a bullet for each other.

Just so you know, pedri and gavi made up the second they woke up, idk that's just how boys work they are never mad at each other ig?

Gavi finally came back down after I think an hour
( it was just 2 minutes but I was freezing so it felt like a hour)
and gave us the towel. Pedri trew the towel all over me and sat there almost freezing to death so I put the towel over him too.

Gavi and I held a eye contact which also felt like an hour and he was checking me out. Then without saying anything he went upstairs and came back with a big ass hoodie

„here you go, you must be cold" he said and handed me the hoodie

„cold like your heart probably cuz you didn't get me anything" pedri responded

gavi and I both laughed at that and I got the hoodie on still wearing my wet clothes.

„thank you gavi" I said and he just smiled at me.

„gavi can you uhh .... You know..." pedri said to gavi

„what?" Gavi responded

Pedri gave him a death stare and  he immediately knew what to do so he ran inside. After a few minutes he came back with a white box with a red bow tied around it. Gavi gavi it to me and I looked confused asf

There was a note on the box with " from Pepi" written on it.

„pedri what is this?" Right now I was even confuser

„just open it Linn" he responded an I did what he said

I was in shock when I saw what it was, it was a new pair of football shoes.

„thank you pedri but what am I supposed to do with these, I don't even play"

„i know Linn, just listen. At training you're the only thing I talk about to everyone cuz I'm so happy that we found each other again-"

„that's true he never stops talking about you" gavi said disturbing pedri

„don't disturb me asshole, anyways I even told Xavi about you and about how we used to play football together and you were playing pretty good at the age off 4. So a few days ago Xavi wanted to meet me after practice and I had no clue what he wanted to talk about. Turned out the women Barca team are short on players right now and Xavi wanted to give you a chance. I told him that you'll think about him and let him know after the World Cup so that you can practice a little at Qatar, not that I think you need practice but you know"

I didn't knew what to respond, I mean I always loved football but the Barca team is like a really big step and I don't know if I can do it

„thank you pepi" I hugged him „I'll think about it and I'll definitely will practice at Qatar cuz I haven't played in AGES" I hugged him again

„speaking about the World Cup, have you guys packed your bags yet?" I looked at both pedri and gavi

They both didn't respond and ran inside as fast as possible.

Omg are you joking right now, we literally leave this night at 3:30 AM

Oh well, I don't have anything to worry about since I have all of my things...
