Using, whatever power Jeonghan's had, he was able to tweak Seungcheols appearance to make him look more like a human.
However, since Seungcheol was still technically an angel, Jeonghan couldn't do as much, unlike if Seungcheol was a demon or even a fallen angel.
He was able to fade Seungcheol's platinum hair into a dirty blonde color. And he was able to some red into Seungcheol's eyes, turning them into a faded magenta color.
"Just tell people they are contacts." Jeonghan said Seungcheol nodded. "Now for the finishing touches." Jeonghan said as he motioned for Seungcheol to turn around.
"May I?" He asked his hand lightly, grazing over Seungcheol's still chained wings.
"Yeah." Seungcheol nodded through gritted teeth, his wings still hurt to touch.
Jeonghan pressed his hand against Seungcheol's spine, where his wings met his back. He whispered a spell as Seungcheol could feel the pain start to slip away.
"I won't take the chains off till your task is complete, but I can take some of the pain away." Jeonghan said.
"Thank you." Seungcheol couldn't help but smile. "Who knew the devil could be so nice." He teased as Jeonghan placed a very hot hand on Seungcheol's exposed arm, nearly burning him.
"Ow!" Seungcheol yelled as he pulled his arm away, turning to glare at Jeonghan.
"I can be mean if I want to." Jeonghan warned as flames flickered between his fingers.

Turns out Jisoo's house wasn't too far away from where Seungcheols 'abandoned prison was.' However, there was one other problem.
Seungcheol has never actually interacted with a human before. So he really has no idea how he can start talking to Jisoo's. Let alond influence his life.
