Skipped Yesterday
Did no writing
went bike riding
explored road after road
my brother & I were explorers
it was close to 2 hrs
on the road fun LoL
but now it's a new day
I'm paying for it now
aches & pains
Legs, thighs, & ass
over used muscles & ligaments
bruises in various forms of healing
not sure where they all come from
I run into things sometimes
