Entities and Monsters: Classifications.

Herobrine.

Herobrine. The Entity that everyone knows about.

Classification: Entity.

Powers: Practically Unlimited. Teleportation, Invisibility, Hovering/Flying, Fireball's, Lightning, conjuration of weapons seemingly out of thin air, possessing the minds of mobs hostile or otherwise to have them attack nearby people, Shape-Shifting (aside from his eyes being the only  giveaway).

First Known Sighting: Exact date is unknown, but it is approximately 13 years ago, in August. Going on 14 years.

Temperament: Unpredictable. Herobrine is dangerous, and chaotic. He likes to spread fear so people know he is out there and he can kill them with a simple snap of his fingers. He destroys villages, griefs adventurers, and more, all for what seems like fun, as we haven't worked out a motive for revenge.

Rumors Of How He Came To Be: Multiple and Varied, Unreliable. Some say he was Notch's brother who died and came back as a vengeful Entity, others say he was the first person created to live on Notch's many worlds, and broke one of the few cardinal rules of Minecraft, never dig straight down, and as a result, died in lava; causing him to be punished for being so foolish and disobedient of a rule meant to protect him. No one truly knows the truth. However, most Entities attach themselves to something that can be a link to how they came to be. However, Entities like Herobrine are tougher ones to try and narrow down, as he doesn't have any features hinting at anything.

Documented Stories: Many, though none we can pin down and verify. Mostly just kids and teenagers who think saying they saw the infamous Herobrine and lived to tell the tale will make them famous. It won't, especially if you don't have proof.

Alias's: Not many, none we can confirm he goes by.

Danger Level: 10/10. Pray to Notch that you NEVER come face to face with this dangerous Entity, or worse, catch his attention. Don't piss him off, don't show weakness, don't do anything that could make him think you are worth tormenting. Because he WILL kill you for fun, if he so desires. He's never been documented to hesitate...
