My Two Mommies

Part 9

*Sunday Morning  11 am*

Kyro wakes up and sees Melodie still snuggled up beside him but Ariana was missing. He starts worrying that she left without saying anything. He was about to slide out of bed when his door opened up and she walked in with a tray full of pancakes, eggs, bacon, grits and fruit bowls. Kyro stopped and looked with full happiness in his smile.

Kyro: I thought you had left without saying goodbye Mommy..

Ariana: I would never baby, I'm sorry. I just wanted to surprise you and Mama with breakfast in bed.

Kyro: Am very surprised and happy, thank you Mommy.

Ariana: Your welcome my sweet baby boy. I see Mama is still sleeping.

Melodie: Mmm not anymore, what is that wonderful smell? 

Kyro giggles.

Kyro: Mommy made us breakfast in bed.

Ariana: Indeed I did, this tray is Ky Ky's, I have to go back and get yours babe I can only carry one at a time.

Kyro: I can help you Mommy.

Ariana: That's okay baby I got it.

Ari went and brought back Melodie's food and left once more to bring up her own tray. She got back in bed with them and they began to eat their breakfast together.

Mel notices Kyro going through his food fast.

Melodie: Kyro you need to slow down before one of us ends up feeding you ourselves.

Ariana: I'm just gonna go ahead and feed him.

She takes his fork from him and he frowns as she does so. She starts cutting into his pancakes and feeds him.

Melodie: This is so good baby, I want you to go ahead and eat though since you made it. I will continue feeding him and finish my food afterwards.

Mel takes over and feeds Kyro the rest of his breakfast.

Ariana: Okay, so we had a really nice time with you yesterday baby boy. Hopefully, we can hang and sleep over again soon.

Kyro: You guys are about to leave?

Melodie: Yes baby, I have to run some errands and finish up some homework for school tomorrow.

Ariana: We will do this again soon, and it will just be the three of us okay baby?

Kyro: I guess..*pouts*

Melodie: Aht aht no pouting, we'll see you at school tomorrow. Help us clean up the kitchen so we can get going baby. 

They clean up the kitchen then head upstairs and change clothes. They got their belongings together and part from Kyro.

Ariana: * yells from the car* TEXT US IN THE GROUP CHAT BABY!

Kyro watches them as they drive down his driveway then goes back inside holding back tears.

Kyro: Well what am I to do now...*talks to himself*

Kyro heads back up to his room grabs his phone and texts the guy group chat.

*Group chat messages*

Kyro: What yall up to?

Pierce: Yoo

Mason: Nun bro just chilling

Kyro: Y'all trynna link today

Erick: I can't

Kyro: Why you can't?

Erick: Londyn invited me to hang with her today, she said she wanna talk.
