My best friend Hannah and I are cheerleading at the homecoming football game and her boyfriend, Ethan, and his twin brother, Grayson, are playing in it. During the second quarter, about ten minutes before halftime, a large kid on the opposing team tackles Ethan.

I can tell that Hannah is scared and nervous and I hold her to prevent her from falling and getting hurt. After a little bit of the two of us being scared that something is seriously wrong with her boyfriend, my bae Grayson- who is also Ethan's twin brother- motions for Hannah to go out to the field. I help her out to them and keep her from falling over because I can tell how scared she is. It's literally making her sick. Hannah kneels down next to Ethan and talks to him, trying to get up and Grayson looks at me, thanking me with his eyes for helping Hannah. I shrug and give him a half smile, still nervous about Ethan.

Finally, Ethan wakes up and Hannah couldn't be more grateful. Grayson gives me a victory hug as Hannah cries on Ethan. The coaches decide to take Ethan to the hospital and take him on a stretcher to the awaiting ambulance and Grayson tells Hannah to go with Ethan so she does.

Grayson looks at me, his expression unreadable and I head back over to the sidelines to get back to cheering once the game continues.

About two hours later, the game ends and our team wins. Grayson runs off the field and runs over to me, picking me up and twirling me around. "We fucking won!" He says excitedly.

I squeal in excitement and hid my head in his neck as he still continues to twirl me around. I pull his helmet off his head and stand on my tiptoes and kiss his cheek. I then put his helmet on my head and try to be all cute and shit.

"You're adorable, you know that right?" He tells me, still staring at me.

"Thanks." I say not really believing him.

"I mean it." He takes a step closer to me.

I smile. "Okay."

"Do you wanna maybe go with me to check on my brother at the hospital?" He scratches the back of his head.

"Sure. I should probably take Hannah her car and all her stuff." I reply.

"True."

I smile. "Yeah."

"Lemme go grab my stuff then we can go."

"Okay." I walk over to my bag and bend down to put all my stuff into it. Next to my pile of stuff is Hannah's pile of stuff so I gather all of her stuff up as well and dig out her car keys and get ready to stand back up, coming back up with my butt sticking at a bit.

Suddenly, a pair of hands grip my waist from behind and I jump. "Don't worry, it's just me." Grayson perfect voice assures me.

I giggle, turning around to face him, his hands still on my waist. "Okay." Our bodies are inches away from each other and my head begins to spin as Grayson leans his face closer to mine.

"Ready to go?" He asks me, his nose touching mine.

"Yeah." I whisper, unable to think with his lips this close to mine. My head is literally spinning and his lips being this close to mine is literally driving me crazy. No matter how many times we kiss, I'll never be used to his hot breath on my face. It'll always drive me mad... And that's fine by me! 😍

He closes the gap between our faces and presses his soft, perfect lips to mine, brushing them ever so lightly against mine. I kiss him back and we kiss for a few seconds before he pulls back, still holding me close to him and pressing his forehead to mine. "You're gorgeous." He presses his lips back to mine for another few seconds.

After that short little kiss, I grab my stuff and Hannah's and Grayson picks up his bag off the ground and then the two of us head out into the parking lot to Hannah's car. He presses me lightly up against Hannah's car and kisses me again real quick. "You're so irresistible." He presses his lips to mine again. "I'll see you very soon at the hospital."

"Okay." I reply back with a smile and stand on my tiptoes to kiss him once more before getting into Hannah's car and following Grayson, in his car, to the hospital.

I pull into the hospital parking lot and park next to him. "Can you—" he cuts me off.

"Yes." He replies with a smile.

"You don't even know what I was gonna ask you."

"Yeah I do. You were gonna ask if I could give you a ride home afterwards and yes I can."

"Okay. Thank you." I reply, putting my duffle bag of cheer stuff into the backseat of Grayson's car.

"You're welcome baby." He responds.

I grab Hannah's phone and charger from her bag and decide to take them to her.

Grayson grabs my hand and we head inside to find Ethan's room. It's easy to find him, he's on the 2nd floor in room 2015. We head up to his room.

Once again, Grayson stops me somewhere, this time outside Ethan's room. He looks at me. "After we check on Ethan, I'll take you home and then we can do whatever you'd like." He kisses my lips again.

"Okay." I smile at him.

We head into the room and check on Ethan. He has a broken collarbone and broken leg and is fine other than those two injuries. I also hand Hannah her phone and charger.

"Does Ethan have to stay overnight?" Grayson asks.

"Yeah." Ethan and Hannah answer together.

"Okay buddy. Have fun, mom will come get you in the morning."

Ethan rolls his eyes at his little brother. "Yeah. I'll totally have fun....."

"Okay bye! Love you!" Grayson says leaving the room.

Oh. We're leaving now... Okay. "Bye Hannah and Ethan. Feel better Ethan." I say quickly.

"Bye Shelby." Hannah looks at me questioningly.

I smile, blush and leaving following quickly after Grayson. I run right into him in the hallway.

"Someone's in a hurry to leave." I say to Grayson, biting my lip slightly.

He pulls me to him. "Yeah. Like I said before, you're pretty irresistible." He kisses my lips. "Now let's go."

I smile and grab his hand, following back out to his car. We get in his car and he looks at me. "So what would you like to do tonight babe?"

"I don't care." I smile back at him.

"Okay. I'll buy you some food then we can go back to my place, since we'll have it to ourselves." His parents are on their way back from a business trip and his older sister, Cameron, is out with her friends for the rest of the weekend.

"Okay. That sounds good." I reply back to him.

We stop and get something from Taco Bell to eat and take it back to his house to eat it. After we eat the food, we have a perfect little makeout session on his bed that leads to more if you catch the drift. After it's all over and we lay there in his bed together, sweaty and happy and exhausted, Grayson turns to me. "So, I've been meaning to ask you this for a while now but I've been too shy.. Would you-"

I cut him off. "Yes." I smile.

"You don't even know what I was gonna ask you." He laughs.

"I don't need to know, the answer is still yes."

"Well in that case, I have a new girlfriend and a date to homecoming tomorrow night." He smiles.

I smile back at him. "Yay, finally there's something to call us."

"Yup. You're officially mine." He smiles and kisses me again before pulling me even closer to him.

I lay there on his chest extremely happy and fall asleep safe and sound in the arms of someone I really like and care about.
