Ryan's pov
It was time, I was changing into my white and pink tux. The fact that this is my first prom and my freshman sister is going is weird but I'm ok with it. Our group was, me and Hadley, mason and Avery, Hudson and Ophelia, and Gemma and Dawson. We were getting picture then coming back to our house and eating. Our parents made the food, it was a good idea if you ask me. Cheaper too. I was driving in my dads silver Lamborghini. My dad barely ever let me sit in it. I came downstairs in my tux.
"Wow Ryan you actually clean up" Addi said sassily.
"Addi" my dad said. "Come here" he said motioning for me to come to him. he fixes my tie and hair.
"There you go, now all you need is a girl standing next to you" he said. After awhile of talking Avery came up in her dress. It was hot pink and I knew mason would love her in it.
"Ok you two stand together" my mom said telling me and Avery to get in a photo. She takes it and then I get one with Addi. Then Avery and Addi and of course all of us.
"Ok I think it's time to go" I said tapping my wrist with no watch on it. We all got into the car and drove to the park, where we were getting photos. We get out and almost everyone is there. Ophelia and Hudson and gold. Gemma and Dawson are green. I see Hadley's family roll up in there car. She gets out in the other side. She walks around the car and she was wearing this beautiful light pink dress with gold on top. She came into my arms. She held so tightly.
"Is something wrong babe" I asked her
"He sent another Ry" she said scared. She was talking about Garrett who was sending her text all the time. I take her out of my arms.
"I'm keeping you safe tonight and so will the rest of us" I said meaning the guys.
"Can we start getting photos" a mom said. We all gathered together and started getting photos. We got finished and came back to my house. My parents set up some tables outside, and we all ate. I helped Hadley get in the car. I closed her door and I got in.
"Ok so I'm not usually allowed to do this"
"Yeah I heard" she said. I leaned over and gave her a quick kiss.
"Mhmm" I heard some one say. We parted and outside her window was both of our parents. My parents were smiling and so was Lindsay but Sam wasn't smiling. He likes me and I know that but he doesn't want his only daughter getting heart broken again.
"Ok so go ahead and start the car" my dad said. I turned the key.
"Ok now put it in drive"
"Mark he knows how to drive" my mom said.
"Ok ok, just don't hurt her" mark said talking about the car.
"Don't hurt her either" Sam said meaning Hadley. I left and went to our prom. There were so many people there just to get photos of us walking down a red carpet into prom. What's so cool about that? I guess the little girls like it because they get to see what they'll be doing when their older. We start to drive off with everyone else behind us. We waited in a line of cars till we got to the doors. We walked down an isle and got in. Everyone else in our group was with us. We got in and sat down.
"This looks really good" Ophelia said. We all agreed with her. One of our favorite songs came on so we decided to get up and dance. We danced for the rest of the night. A slow song came on. I grabbed Hadley and pulled her into me. She wrapped her hands around my waist and I put mine around her neck. She put her head on my shoulder. She started tightening up.
"What's wrong" I asked her.
"L-look" she stuttered out. I turn and see she was staring at Garrett, which was watching us. Why is he obsessed with my girlfriend? I take her in tighter, to let her know that I'm not letting him hurt her.
"I'm scared Ry" she whispered in my ear.
"Don't be" I said back to her. The song ended and we went back to our table. We were all having fun talking to each other. Then Garrett came up behind Hadley. I stand up and so do the rest of the guys.
"Don't touch her" I said. He took his hand off her.
"Gosh I didn't know that she had bodyguards now" Garrett said.
"Can't we just have a good night, without you bothering us" mason said.
"Oh well if your gonna act all tough, why don't I mess with your girlfriend" he said walking over to him. Avery had a scared look in her face. Garrett reaches for Avery and mason grabs his arm and pulls it behind him.
"Oh real mature guys" Garrett said jokingly. Mason grabs his wrist. I know what he's about to do. Mason looks at me for assurance. I nod my head. Right away he broke his wrist in two. Garrett screamed out in pain. The guys all grab their girl and we leave. I had to take Hadley home. I pull into her driveway.
"Bye, I love you" I said.
"Love you too." We kissed for a second and she left.
So update finally!!! Sorry like I said basketball camp. Btw we got 3rd out of 26 teams!!! I was impressed. When I was writing this chapter I didn't know if all schools did that isle. My school does so I included it. Thanks for reading and I love you.😉
