"Mom I am very much aware of that, but since you have to get my opinion on this matter i can conclude that you're planning on accepting it"I said with smiles
"Don't get too much ahead of yourself here, you're my daughter and I only want the  best for you..." Mu Ran notice she had more to say so she kept quiet
"He has promise to take care of you especially with you education to wherever you plan on reaching with your academic..." she paused then continued
"You know things have been going Bad for us especially financially right"
" yes i know mom" wiping a tear my mom continued
" And this was all your father left behind before his unfortunate death" she said referring to the restaurant, I hugged my tightly..
"Mom its okay you can't be crying your whole life over dad" i tried comforting just like always
"I know but recently i just missed him alot especially now that things are going really bad, if he were here maybe..just maybe things won't have gotten to this stage" she continued sobbing in my arms
" mom don't worry everything will work out just fine...and also about Mr Fu i agree to get married to him"i said more confidently
"Dear don't make such hasty decisions  why don't you think about it for sometime";she suggested while drying her tears
"Mum i have never been so certain about any decision like this one" i said . Mrs Qin on seeing tg determined look on het daughter's face nodded in agreement.
"Then go tell him what decision you've made" my mother said and I gathered all my courage and walked straight to where he was sitting, but as soon as he raised his head and looked in my direction all my so-called courage melted away under his enchanting gaze *sweet Jesus...* i said under my breath as i continued my journey towards his seat....his gaze still not leaving mine.
"Hii..good afternoon" i greeted shly * so much for courage* i thought feeling quite embarrassed inside
" hey there, how are you doing" he greeted back
"I'mm...okaay...i mean I'm fine thank you Sir" * gosh can't i stop embarrassing myself...jeez*
"There's no need to be so formal with me, by the way I'm guessing your mother has already told you about my proposal"  *what?!* I've never heard of any proposal made this way...buh since its like a dream coming true, my one and only opportunity to be with the love of my life I'm going to over that and *seize the moment*
"Uhm...yeah she has" i answered
"So what's your answer going to be.." * arh...what do i say*
"Uhm...well i would like more time to think about it"
"So is that a no.." Can this handsome god not be so...he's literally driving me crazy
"No..no! That's not what i meant" i quickly said while waving my hands infront of him, he smiled and *God have mercy on my soul* if he looked handsome before now he looked so beautiful, while i ws still lost in his beautiful smile the worst happened...I felt something at the side of my lips, and i couldn't believe it..!! I was actually drooling and in front of HIM!!
"Look like you've got a little something here" he said while wiping my drool with his fingers and wiped it on the table napkin
"Sorry...I'm so sorry" i said and attempted to quickly run away but unfortunately he held me back and i ended up landing on his laps...*can this day noy get any more embarrassing* i thought whilst covering my blushed face
"Hahaha...you look so cute when you blush" he said after sometime
"I'd say..yes!" I said all of a sudden and he seemed confused for a while before realizing that i just answered his question. With eyes wide opened he asked
"Are you sure...??, i was just kidding earlier"
" You can think about it first" he said again
"I'm very sure of my decision" he raised a brow at my answer
"Do you like me?" He asked out of Yh blue and i choke on my Saliva and this time the effect was quite severe that i coughed so hard that he even got scared
" here drink this" he handed the water on the table to me and i quickly gulped it down before stabilizing my breathing
"Thanks" I said only to see him smile at me again. Just then my mother walked in, forgetting that i had been sitting on his laps the whole time i noticed the expression on my mother's face and quickly got up smiling sheepishly
"Mr Fu, would you like to place an order now" my mom asked... her expression back to normal
"Madam Qin, since I'll be your son-in-law soon why don't you drop the formalities and just call me by my name
'' i think I'll feel more comfortable by addressing you as Mr Fu" she said back
He then placed his order and i went back with my mom to prepare it
"Why were you sitting on his laps earlier" my mom interrogated as soon as we got inside the kitchen
"I slipped and ended up falling on his laps" i answered simply, she only raised a brow at my answer but didn't say anything until we were done with the food
"Why don't you send the food to him" she said and i got a bit surprised after all i was expecting her to scold me for sitting on a man's lap, not only did she not do that but she wants me to take the food to him personally...why do i feel like my mother is getting confusing and suspicious
Anyways i still sent the food to him, when i got there I saw him talking to a man who he introduced to be his personal assistant 'Assistant Cheng'
"Here's your takeaway" i handed the packed food to Assistant Cheng
"Are you busy at the moment" he asked me
"Uhm..no"
"Walk me to my car" i was a bit taken back by his request even his Assistant couldn't help widening his eyes
"Okay sure" I said and he got up. Assistant Cheng who held the plastic bag that contained the food walked infront of us while we walked side ny side. When we got out of the restaurant his car was already parked there ( well...i know his car because I'm his number one fan/stalker  hehehe)
"Your phone" he said all of a sudden
"Huh?!" i said an a frown appeared on his handsome face
"Why??don't you have one.."
"No!..I do have a phone'' i said while trying to remove it from my back pocket but for some reason it wouldn't bulge. Just then he brought his hand and removed it...his hand slightly touching my ass
"Sorry...i didn't mean to I...I only wanted to help you remove your phone" he said frantically while blushing pretty hard. He looked super cute at that moment, clearing his throat he handed the phone to me
"I understand...thanks by the way"
