Mothman Legend: Modern.

First Sighting.

November 15, 2023- First sighting- TNT area.

Two couples, named Roger and Linda Scarberry, and Steve and Mary Mallette, were driving in the countryside outside a town called Point Pleasant, WV. As they were driving through the TNT area, Roger saw something on the side of the road: "Hey, what's that?" He asked the others: "I don't know?" Linda said that upon seeing the creature "It has glowing red eyes!" Mary exclaimed to Steve.

The group watched as the figure rose from the side of the road. Mothman stood up from the ground "Ow..." he looked around the area "Great, I'm alone here." he murmured brushing away the dirt. He started to come out of the bushes and touched the road "I came to follow the road to a city!" He explained it to himself as he started walking towards Point Pleasant.

Mothman walked until he saw the car with the couples. The couples see Mothman walk towards the car "Let's get out of here!" Mary shouts as Roger starts to back up the car, "Hey, wait! I'm..." The moth falls down, "Lost!" Couples shy away from him out of fear: "Go, go, go!" Linda said in fear, as Mothman got up and chased them down the road "Woah!" Mothman starts flying "Oh, that's new." He continues chasing the car until he saw Point Pleasant "Town!" Mothman said he exclaimed and stopped outside at a tree. The couples go to town to report what they saw.
