2 Days Later..

Keh Pov

I had just finished my morning shower and was now brushing my teeth and doing my skin care. Me and Chloe haven't talked one bit I've tried to talk to her but she just shuts me down and walks away. She has met both of my parents and I could tell they love her and they expressed to me how happy they are for me. I've noticed how Chloe has gon right back to her shy and cut off self and she's treating me just how she did when we first met not talking, always on her phone, walking with her head down, tensing up when I touch her, all the above. I hated it so much I sometimes hear her singing at night to herself and she sounds so beautiful and I could hear the hurt in her voice. I didn't mean to hound her in any type of way I just wanted to help her and I thought it would work and I mean it did but just not in the way I wanted it too.

I walked into the kitchen seeing Chloe nose deep in her phone sitting at the dinning table not even bothering to acknowledge me and I was beyond fed up with this she was gonna hear what I had to say to her. I walked up to her and snatched her phone out of her hand making her look up me with scowl on her face.

Chloe: Give me my phone back!

She said reaching up trying to snatch it out my hands.

Keh: Nah you gon talk to me Chloe why you actin like this?

Chloe: Oh my fucking god! It's like im never good enough for you! Everyone has asked me "Chloe why are you actin like that"? I changed for you! I went back to my cut off, shy self for you and it's still not enough! You know what maybe I need to keep my distance from everyone! This is why im so cut off in the first place!

She stormed off and I chased behined her hot on her trail. I hope she got everything off her chest so we can actually talk now.

Chloe: Go away Kehlani!

Keh: No come here Chloe.

She tried to get away from me but I caught her and grabbed her waist feeling her slowly melt into me but she was fighting it and I mean fighting it. I don't want her to change herself for me or anyone I just want her to have control but maybe we can find a loop hole. 

Keh: Listen Mamas, Im sorry ok I don't want you to change yourself for me or any fucking one ok? I just want you to have control baby that's all I want... I want you to come out your shell and be you.

I spoke right into her ear massaging her waist in the process. I pulled back to read her facial expressions and she was just looking down at her feet. I put my finger under her chin lifting her head up to look at me.

Keh: Don't do that baby keep your head up high.

Chloe: I just don't feel like enough to anyone... everyone has made me feel worthless, unwanted, and made me feel like my feelings didn't matter. I just want love Kehlani t-that's all I want...

I heard her voice crack which made me so upset I can't believe I was part of the reason she felt this way. A single tear fell from her eyes and she tried to pry my hands off her body but I held her tighter.

Chloe: Please let me go kehlani...

She said just above a whisper I didn't wanna let go but I didn't wanna make her anymore upset so I did.

Keh: Ba-

Chloe: please kehlani...just go.

I lowered my head walking out the room and I returned to my room and plopped on the bed thinking of all the hurt I've inflicted on her.
