Peter had been ditched in the orphanage by his real parents at age 7. He had honestly not cared. His real parents would always abuse him and mistreat him. Besides, he is always overlooked at the orphanage because he was "too loud" but come on! He was just a kid, he didnt know any better.... no one had taught him.
Peter was now 12 and he had given up all hope. He had learned to somewhat behave himself, but it's too late now. Everybody wants the cute young ones, not the older ones. One day while walking around he runs into a couple who might just be willing to adopt...
