Today was my date with Dave, I'm nervous but let's just see what happens, I looked in the mirror making sure I looked good, which of course I did. I'm not cocky I'm just confident, smiling I applied my lipgloss. I decided on a rose pattern dress that makes my girls look amazing, I laid my blonde wig to perfection, and it all came together with a black pair of heels.

"Damn bestie, you're gonna give that man a heart attack." Sasha complimented
"Good" both laughing at my little pettiness, I gave myself one last look, I was ready to go.
"DAVES HERE." I heard Chris yell
"Damn why he gotta be so loud." Sasha complained, laughing I made my way downstairs to where Dave was standing looking like a whole meal.

"Well don't you look beautiful" I felt my stomach start to get butterflies as he complimented me.
"Thank you, you don't look half bad yourself." He smiled and took my hand.
"Alright kids have fun be safe." Chris smirked as he winked at me as Dave lead me out of the house.
Dave's POV
Pulling up to what I had planned, looking over at her I smiled as I parked the car.
"Ready?" I questioned
"Yup." She replied, getting out of the car i walked over to her side helping her out, I wanted to show her what a true gentleman I was. Helping her out of the car she slid her hand into mine, shitting the door behind her I guided her to where we were going.
Stopping when we got to the spot she looked at me with a big smile, "Dave this is so beautiful."

"I wanted to do something simple yet sweet." I told her,
"Well this is perfect thank you." She kissed me on the cheek, smiling I took her hand and lead her to the table. Helping her sit down I went to the other side sitting across from her, I couldn't help but admire her beauty she was truthfully something special.
A little time jump
As we sat there engaged in conversation, I realized she was who I wanted, she didn't care about my money or success she cared about me and just me.
"Are you excited to move home." She lit up
"Yes that way I can get back to work, I worked so hard to get those renovations and this is just the beginning." I loved how independent she was, she really didn't need a man to do anything for her.
"I never asked what do you do for work?"
"Hair and nails I have a shop going into my house, so that's why the renovations are happening." She once again smiled brightly; she truly was proud of how far she's come.
"I'm proud of ya ma." I watched as a blush appeared on her face.
"Thank you Dave that means a lot, it took a long time to get where I am today."
"Well let's continue this night, let's dance." She gave me a questioning look but then the song started to play, I decided on My My My by Johnny Gill.

Placing my arm around her waist she snaked her arms around my neck. Pulling her close to where my forehead was touching hers.
"Thank you for coming out with me tonight." I whispered
"I'm glad I decided too, this has been one of the best nights I've had in a long time." She admitted which made me happy truly happy.
"I really do like you." I confessed as we swayed back and fourth, I saw her eyes shut as she placed her head in the crook of my neck
"Aww are you going soft on me." She whispered as she stayed how she was
"Only for you." Lifting her head up we were now looking each other eye to eye, my eyes traveled down to her lips. Taking one of my hands I placed it on her cheek cupping it softly.
"Can I?" She nodded sweetly, placing my lips upon hers our lips moved with each other perfectly, I knew she was the one from me. I didn't even try to deepen it, I wanted her to see I wanted her for more than just her body, as we pulled away she placed her head back into my neck. Pulling her close to my so now we had no space between us at all, this was the best night of my life and I hope it was the best night of hers
