It's been a few months since I have meet Juley and Aoi we have upgraded up to grade 3 witch is pretty good we can now take on quests on different nations and continents
“We should go to the capital of magic and swordsmanship”
Juley says only because she adores magic even though she cant use any
“Sure you alright with that Aoi”
Aoi nods
“Sure”
We get on another traveling wagon to make it to the capital as we make it there its a giant place with big trees bigger than some houses outside big buildings and a lot of knights Juley looks in aw at the scene
“Why did you want to come here again, Juley?”
“Oh I have someone to meet here and can help us find your friends and a way to get stronger with magic for me, Aoi and you if you want”
They are probably a royal I should keep my guard up
“Sure”
we walk next to the castle were we see a bright blond hair girl next to a taller black hair girl she's a demi-human with a straight sword on her side although the royal is unarmed I doubt she cant use magic
“Hello Juley nice to meet again”
“Same to you Akane, Also to you Mei”
Mei stands next to Akane with a scared expression
“Are we sure about this I mean I trust AoI and Juley but I don't know this man”
I kneel down
“I'm sorry for the confusion I am Makito I have been traveling with these two and have been doing quests together to raise money”
She still grips her sword
“I have yet one more question Makito
“Are you familiar with the name shinzu?”
Without thinking I answer
“Yeah?”
She draws her swords at tremendous speeds and cuts my cheek open. Why is she doing this? Could she be from the old realm? Does she know shinzu? As these thoughts cross my mind we clash bales over and over again Aoi, Juley, and Akane are confused by the sudden attack
“How do you know shinzu”
“It's a long story and one you don't need to know”
Our blades cross over and over again she becomes more slow every time we hit but her strikes still have lots of power that I can commend her of but the way she moves is amateur
“Stand still you must die for conspiring with that tyrant of a king”
I keep dogesing her moves or hitting them away mei raises her hands
“FROZEN WORLD”
The ground becomes ice and ice spikes come out the ground at every direction i regain balance and get ready for the next attack
“That was a warning next time you fight each other one will surely die now Makito i'm sorry for what has to happen now but fighting back has only made you a enemy”
She raises her hands again
“Cold prison”
My legs become frozen Juley and Aoi look confused and shocked I can't move what do I do my mind can't think straight maybe if I put everything into one move I can get rid of some of this and with that i stab my spear into the ground and raise my hands
“I summon thee forever abyss”
The whole area gets covered in darkness and engulfs the ice and disappears
“Im not your enemy so stop this its useless”
Akane look surprised
“Fine we will stop for now, now let's talk”
“Now i'm aware you have loss 2 members of your party”
“Well there was more but they are confirmed by me as dead”
“Shame if they are anything like you we could have used them beside the point Juley”
Juley looks at her
“Yes?”
“I would like all of yall to join the university of magic and swordsmanship right here in the capital you don't to stay you can leave whenever you want use it to your average if you choose to use this opportunity though”
We all nod and Mei and Akane disappear
“We should find a in and go there tomorrow to get in”
Juley is excited i don't know about Aoi though he never seemed like he would be able to handle a sword or any weapon besides a staff well we will see
