Ever Since their adventure with vampyro the group had ventured for a while after that event, however they soon were beginning to feel tired from all the walking they were doing "ugh,my feet hurt...isn't there a place where we can stop at?" Amalia,the sadida princess, said in a bit of a whiny and tired tone as she walked behind Evangeline, her bodyguard who also was slightly exhausted "I think I have to agree with Amalia on this one..I am getting a little bit tired myself." Yugo,the young eliatrope stopped in his tracks to think for a moment which made the group stop walking for the time being "hmm...if I could get up high then maybe i could see if there's a village nearby!" Yugo said as he then used his portals to get to the tallest tree "great thinking Yugo!in the meantime I'm going to sit down." Sir percedal or dally, the iop hero with his shu shu rubilax spoke as he sat down on a nearby rock.
"Really dally? after probably a mile or so you of all people are exhausted?I thought you were an adventurer?" Ruel,the enutrof said in a slight joking manner while leaning against his shovel as dally looked at him with a serious look on his face "hey I am an adventurer! It's just the last adventure we were on kinda tired me out is all." He huffed and looked away from ruel. Meanwhile with Yugo he landed on a really tall tree and looked around to see if there was anything nearby that they could go to, as soon as he thought there was nothing He spotted what looked like a village just in the distance which actually seemed close by to there location! Yugo smiled with joy as he used a portal to get back down to his friends "hey guys! There's a village close by over to the northeast of the trail!" Yugo said while pointing out the way of where he saw the village. Dally had looked at Yugo and smiled brightly as he pat the little eliatropes head "great job Yugo! Now lead the way!" As soon as he said that Yugo began to lead the way as the group followed behind him. . . . . . .
After a little while of walking,the little team had finally made it to the village that Yugo had saw, they came up to the sign that read 'Welcome to Kallos village' however what was weird was the big red writing underneath that said 'NO HYBRIDS ALLOWED!!!' Ruel tilted his head and had a bit of confusion on his face "now what's wrong with hybrids?" He questioned as Yugo looked up at him "you seen a hybrid Ruel?" Yugo asked as the old enutrof looked towards him "of course I have, and I never met one that was mean,most of them were pretty nice." Ruel explained as Evangeline walked up behind the two reading the sign "if that's the case then why would a village have this?" She questioned the enutrof but before he could give a possible theory dally went right by them past the sign "whatever it's talking about let's forget it and go find some food!" He said practically running into the village. Both Amalia and Evangeline sighed and shook there heads "iop brain." The two girls said at the same time as they followed behind after Ruel and Yugo had quickly followed behind Dally.
There was a bunch of friendly people roaming around the village and they were different types of species as well but of course there was no hybrids "wow, for a place that doesn't like hybrids this place is actually pretty." Amalia stated while looking around the place and Yugo nodded his head in agreement before seeing dally running up to a inn called 'the sleepy time inn' at the door of the inn was a man that wore a old timey bartender clothing "hello good sir!are you the owner of the inn?" Dally asked walking up to the old man who looked over at him and smiled kindly "why of course sir! welcome to the sleepy time inn! would you like to spend the night here?" The man asked dally who of course nodded his head "yep! We would like two rooms please! One for three men!and one for two ladies." Dally spoke as soon as the rest of the group caught up to him.
"Alrighty! If you all will, just follow me and we can-" suddenly a slight shake of the ground caused the buildings to almost collapse and some of the village people started to stumble around and panic "woah! what's going on!?" Yugo said in confusion as he tried to gain his balance "I thought earthquakes don't happen in this part of the world." Amalia questioned with a bit of a worried tone in her voice"b-because that's n-not a earthquake!.." the old Man stuttered out in panic as another shake occurred and soon after a thunderous maniacal laugh roared out getting the attention of the group. Soon parts of the village was clouded up by a shadowy darkness swirling the wind all around them which then revealed a giant genie like woman who towered over the village smiling with a toothy grin "hello people of this worthless village~!" She spoke in her thunderous and yet soothing like voice"that's the shadow beast!" The old man hollered out in fear as he quickly ran inside of the inn. (Quick note,this is what she looks like)

After the old man hollered that out the so called 'shadow beast' perked up and drew her attention to the inn which she took notice of the little group and her smile turned into a wicked smile "well well well! Look at what we have here~! A couple of newbies have stumbled upon the little pitiful village known as Kallos." She spoke as she moved closer to to the group "what is she!?" Amalia hollered while Dally pulled out rubilax and got ready to fight "well whatever she is, she's destroying this village!" He said as he got into a fighting stance along with Evangeline "right, c'mon! let's take her down!" And soon the whole group had charged at the beast which made her chuckle"you foolish people really think that you can beat me?" She said with a smirk but she soon ate her words slightly when she felt a hint of pain in her left arm which was caused by dally hitting her with his sword. When she looked down she saw a small cut on her arm the leaked a little bit of black blood and she looked at the rest of the group who had started to throw attacks at her which made her growl "oh that does it! You'll pay for trying to fight me!" She roared as she soon flew towards them in a fit of rage. . . . . .
After a long hour of fighting,the small group of heroes were able to beat the shadow beast to were she was exhausted and before anyone of the members of the group could say anything Yugo took notice of something the others didn't, a slight tear coming down the giant creatures cheek as she spoke "you...fools..." she had then disappeared back to where she had come from leaving the village quiet till some of the village folk cheered them on in victory. Later on the group was in the inn talking with the inn owner who had went by the name of kenric "Soo,if I may ask, what was that thing we fought earlier?" Evangeline asked kenric who froze for a moment before speaking "she...is a hybrid of a genie and a shadow demon....and she's been terrorizing our village for years now and we don't know why." While kenric and some of the group talked about the shadow beast Yugo had looked out the door while listening to the conversation and thought about what the shadow beast said. While the conversation went on Yugo snuck away from the group and looked to where she had went and ran towards the way she came from....
