I woke up from my deep slumber of memories, some of which shattered me, some of which weren't memories but new, they felt so real but they were clearly not for I didn't remember them. I looked over at him, maybe he deserved this but at the same time I was mourning him, for I knew that his parents had a strong influence on his decisions. His wispy black hair still sat there covered in blood, I had no clue why my mother wished to keep him here, maybe even to torture me, for the mistakes I made. She used to love me. I think I have very vague memories before I was 5 but I remember her running around with me in the garden, which once had luscious green ivy, which is now dead and overgrown. Even when I was 12 I am sure she loved me in her own way , until she realised that I pushed everyone she loved away, now any love that she had for me has dissipated in an endless black void. I have always tried to be her perfect little girl, have her approval but even everything I ever did for her, could never satisfy her. In the corner of this tower there is a book shelf it might be old dusty and definitely covered in an inch of spiderwebs but it is the only thing that has kept me sane, for it let's me escape from reality, to dream, to even have hope and then when I'm done I realise I am not villain nor the hero, no I'm just a person out of millions of people.

After the wedding I was quickly whisked away to The Kingdom of Damotries. We slowly entered the carriage. I imagined that the carriage would be decked with gold, crystals and plush seats made of the finest cotton. Inside though there were plain wooden benches with a low ceiling, something you think a duke owned but I thought nothing of it as I entered the carriage, the ride before entering The Kingdom of Damotries was very unpleasant due to rain pounding, roaring like a dragon. As for everyone Prince Dulen, he sat there with a very serious expression, one that could not be read from afar but one that was so obvious to me, I could tell he was scared and worried beyond what his brain could hold, I just didn't have a clue though. The weather changed just like the mood in the carriage, although everyone was now talking. I wasn't invited due to my magic. I could tell they were scared from the way they flinched when I tried to help them, to the way they became quiet upon seeing that I was listening. So I decided I would just look out of the window, for no one loved me. Even the plants coward away at my arrival, what did I do so wrong? The trees swayed to the wind in the distance, which came and destroyed them in many seconds, yet they were so unaware.

We had to stop out journey in order to rest for The Kingdom of Damotries was still many hours away, we stopped at a royal pub on the end of the track filled with bustling prince, princess, Queen and Kings and they servants being normal just like they were commoners, how freeing it must be. The pub was filled with furious animals from hunts to paintings so delicate that they could be a 1000 years old.The public was filled with many acractive suitors, no I must not think like that, for I could be Queen soon and I have a husband but , It would be a disgrace if anyone found out that I was courting someone. Although all of the Princes from all the realms looked at me the same way until they realised who I was, the two things that define me married and an abomination. "Arunia, come here, I even got you your favourite." He shouted from afar, my heart bubbled with happiness, he remembered what I like. Before I could continue walking though I heard footsteps behind me, I whipped my small head around to find a man towering over me, " do you want to go for a dance", he said in a low gruff voice, I was immediately repulsed, by him and before I could say anything Dulen angrily said " move, before I tell my parents what you were doing to my wife." I had never seen such an angry man before, it made me feel loved though, he really went to all this trouble for me. " I didn't know Sir, I'm sorry Sir please forgive me", the man answered in a trembling voice, after that me and Dulen walked together hand in hand towards the table. He wrapped his hand tighter around mine, his protectiveness radiated from a mile away. His eyes looked longingly at me, I assumed his protectiveness always came from us being friends. So I shut it down and tried to talk to others but most people stayed away from me.

We had to set off soon again due to the fact that there was due to be a thunderstorm in the next 6 hours and right now rays of sunshine shone down, so we were advised to proceed to the castle now, in order to avoid the rain. When entering The Kingdom of Damotries I noticed we had arrived right next to a stunning port full of many stores and magnificent ships which have sailed far beyond the universe. There are mountains rising in the background recovering from the layer of snow in the winter. The Blossom falling from branches softly onto the bare ground. Plants wrapping themselves around innocent poles, which could no longer stand, bouncing mushrooms covering every inch of the forest like a blanket suffocating something. There are people rushing worrying about we're their next meal would come from. Their houses were tiny, much smaller than I expected. Maybe the Kings keep most of the money.

When we arrived at the castle is was massive filled with the most beautiful furniture and there were many pretty ornaments scaling the walls of the statement staircase sitting in the middle of the, beside the stairs stood two statement thrones, with fake vicious snakes curling around them, hissing at you from afar, you knew you wanted to run, yet they drew you in with bloodlust eyes. In the middle stood the grand Queen Orilla V and King Alexander II, they looked so much alike to their son, deep brown eyes and shiny black hair, although Queen Orilla had platinum blonde hair, it made her look so serious, like she was a stone wall, I couldn't see what she was feeling and it scared me, no it petrified me. " Welcome", they both said in sync, a shiver ran down my spine, jolting me awake. "We are so happy that this marriage took place." He said as he stepped forward to shake my hand, his hands were rough, as cold as ice. I just stood there for a few seconds although it felt like eternity, I was guided up to my room to rest but I couldn't shake off the feeling that something was amiss.
