Chapter 1

Jays pov

I am currently in school talking to some of my friends about our group project that was dew in 2 days.

"What are you guys going to be doing this weekend" Jamie said "I don't think I'm doing anything" Moriah said "what about you jay" Jamie said wanting to know if I'm free this weekend.

"I'm not doing anything we can all hang out this weekend" I said trying to concentrate on the piece of paper that was laying in front of me.

"Isn't that your dad jay" Jamie said squinting her eyes and pointing over to where I see my dad speed walking towards me.

"JAY" he said getting my attention "dad what are you doing here" I said confused. why is he here

"We have to go NOW" my dad said grabbing my arm "what dad what's wrong" I said as we started speed walking to the car

"It's very serious I- i can't explain it to you properly right now" he said walking more faster

"Your mom and Cameron are in the car already" my dad said opening his door as I opened mine

"What's going on tell me what's going on" I said wanting to know why my dad pulled me out of school.

He starts the car and takes his phone out while driving.

"Sean it's gonna come u have to get cover NOW" my dad said on the phone while he swerved on the rode trying to get somewhere

"Be careful we have kids in the car what's wrong" my mom said as my dad was still talking on the phone

My mom suddenly reaches over to my dad and grabs his phone out of his hand and hanging up the phone.

"U can't be texting and driving we could get into a car accident. Now focus on the road ahead of you" my mom said worried

"Now tell me what's happening" my mom said looking at him

"T-theres gonna be rain... and the rain is very contagious y-you can't let it touch you or you will turn into-

Out of nowhere a car slams into us.

"DAMMIT" my dad said "is everyone okay" my dad said trying to see if we were okay "yes" everyone said and my dad sighed

"No this can't be happening" my dad said as he saw all the traffic dew to the accident that just happened right now

The person came out of his car and knocked on the window "I'm so sorry are you guys hurt" he said trying to see if anyone is hurt

"No we are all good can u move your truck so we could get past please" my dad said trying to get him to move his truck

"No we gotta call the cops for the damage on your car" he said taking his phone out

"LISTEN TO ME IF YOU DONT MOVE THAT CAR WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE MORON" my dad said yelling at the man

"Are you crazy we aren't going to die" he said

"You know what everyone follow me we are going to have to run before the rain comes" my dad said getting out of the car and making sure we are following him

The woods were on the right and that's where my dad was running to with us

Why are we going to the woods for I still am confused?

We run until I see a underground door or something made of strong metal

He puts his hand on a scanner the door opens

He closed the door and locked it shut. He turned on the lights and we started walking downstairs

Wow it was very modern and very white down here.
