Chapter 4

Jay's pov:

I woke up everyone was awake.

I squint my eyes adjusting to the brightness. I see Billie and frown a little

I kinda have interest in her and seeing what happened with her and Que made me jealous.

I get up adjusting my pants. "Good morning guys" I say yawning

"Good morning" drew said packing her sleeping bag up

"Alright so is everyone good for leaving right now to the bunker" I say packing my sleeping bag

"Yeah we're ready" Que said

"Okay then uh follow me" I say walking out and taking a rout walking on the grass

We were walking and Billie came beside me "hey you seem a little off is there something wrong" billie says a little concerned because I haven't been smiling

"Is there something bothering you" she said putting her hand on my shoulder "uhm no I'm just not feeling the best" I say giving her a slight smile

"Hm ok" she said taking her hand off my shoulder

We continued walking until I stepped into a puddle

"Oh shit" I say stepping away as the water touched my boot "Que u wanna check that out" Jacob said

"Wait no" billie said concerned

Que takes his gun out ready to shoot me

"WAIT WAIT" billie said standing infront of me so he wouldn't shoot "let's check him at least" she said I was shaking.

"Ok then get your gloves and take her boot out and check if the water touches her skin" Que said I grabbed my gloves carefully taking her boot out that was soaked in the water

I checked her foot and there was no sign of water on her skin "she's not infected the water didn't go through thankfully" I said smiling

"Her shoes must've been water proof" Que said putting his gun down

"Here I'll get u one of my shoes" Jacob said grabbing some shoes from his backpack

"Thanks" i smile to Jacob putting the shoes on.

"Alright let's continue" I say walking forward

We walk for a couple of minutes.

"Alright it's down here" I said walking and seeing the bunker

I put my hand to the detector and it opens. "Alright let's go inside" we walk inside

I go and see food "they have food" i smile widely grabbing some food and stuffing it in my bag

Everyone eats the food since they were very hungry.

We put our stuff down and look for some more stuff we can use.

Time skip-

It's got dark so we were gonna go to sleep. There was beds and surprisingly they had alot of beds

I want to the bathroom and brushed my teeth, I then finish and go to my bed.

I lay down sighing, I then fell asleep.
