Onboard what was left of the Scorpion Stinger in the cargo bay, the injured Chrysalis had finally crawled her way to The Cocoon. Holding up her front hoofs to it, she was teleported inside it. Once inside, The Cocoon began to glow and spark, and from inside it, Chrysalis began to scream as her body was transformed.

In the city of Canterlot, it was a beautiful sunny day. Pooh, Ash, Sunset, and the rest of the gang were enjoying it at the beach. Ash and Serena were pushing Amy and Jim in strollers respectively. As they did, Ash worryingly asked, "You put enough sunscreen on them right?"

Serena nodded, "Yup." She then asked with her own worry, "You make sure to pack plenty of bottles?"

This time Ash nodded, "Yes."

Both parents let out a sigh of relief, with Serena stating, "Good."

Nearby Dawn and Goh looked at the pair of parents and laughed, while Dawn's Piplup, and Goh's Cinderace and Grooky played in the sand. Then Goh said, "Looks at those two acting like such parents already."

Dawn smiled, "Yeah. It's pretty sweet."

Overby Pooh and his friends, Tigger declared, "Spring is perfect for springing into water, which is what Tiggers do best."

Pooh let out a yawn and hugged his honey pot, "I'd rather take a nap in this warm sun, than a dip in that cold water."

At the same time, with the HuMane 7, Pinkie Pie grabbed Sunset, Sci-Twi, and Fluttershy in a big hug and aimed her phone camera at them. She then said, "Say Cheese Sandwich!" They all smiled as she snapped the picture. After that, they all took a look at it, with Pinkie commenting, "Okay, once more with guar."

Just then, Sci-Twi raised an eyebrow and pointed at the photo on the phone, "Wait. What's that splotchy thing in the background."

The group looked at the shadowy figure, before turning to the ocean, with Sunset declaring, "It's a sea monster! And we just caught it on camera!"

Piglet began to panic, "A sea monster!? Oh de-de-dear!" He jumped into Pohh's arms.

Sci-Twin then put her right hand on Sunset's left shoulder and said, "Hold on." She crossed her arms, "I'm sure there's a logical explanation."

Pinkie soon joined in on the excitement, "A sea monster!? I gotta see it to believe." She jumped over to Sunset, "But I already believe it!" She and Sunset then both smiled.

Flutterhsy activated her Geoid and held her right hand to her ear, before saying, "But I don't hear anything."

After that, Sunset stated, "Somethings out there and I'm going to find out what it is. Who's with me?"

Waving her hand, Pinkie said, "Oh, over here!"

The pair began to put on their snorkel masks, with Sunset saying, "Hurry. We have to move quickly so it doesn't get too far away."

Pinkie shouted, "I'm ready!" They were about to start walking when Pinkie held her left arm out to Sunset, "I'm not ready! Where's my floatie!"

"There's no time."

Pinkie then let out a scream, as the shadowy figure approached from the sea, "It's right there!"

The figure emerged from the sea, revealing it to be none other than the now-evolved Queen Chrysalis. She now had green armor on her hooves and torso, bigger wings, and a new, bigger crown. Her eyes and the tip of her horn had also turned bright green. She then greeted them with a smirk, "Hello."

Everyone let out a shriek, "Chrysalis!" Pooh then asked, "Weren't you destroyed with the Scorpion Stinger."

The former queen of the Changelings laughed, "The others may have been taken out with the ship, but not me. I survived! Injured, but alive. Luckily for me, The Cocoon Trakeena's father Scorpious left her was intact. And using its power I not only healed myself, but evolved. Now it's payback time!" She fired off a much more powerful blast of magic from her horn, hitting the ground and creating shockwaves that knocked the group back.
