Tanjiro is hanging the laundry and goes inside to see Muzan dressed up for an acceptance of a wedding "Hoh? Muzan are you going somewhere?" Tanjiro asked, Muzan gave Tanjiro a stern look "Yeah, whats the deal" Muzan said 'Rude!' Tanjiro thought

Then Tanjiro remembered something "Oh! You need to drink water and your medicine before you go!" Tanjiro exclaimed

"... I don't need medicine," Muzan says

"Are you sure?" Tanjiro asks muzan "yes. I'm gonna be fine. It'll just be short. Meeting" Muzan said

"You should just rest by now, Dont wait for me, I have things to do," Muzan says as he gets into the carriage and is gone

'Oh.. I hope he'll be fine, It's just a small meeting or an agreement marriage! No need to worry! Calm yourself down Tanjiro!' Tanjiro thought

Tanjiro went back inside, One of the maids asked Tanjiro for help so Tanjiro gladly agreed to help

Tanjiro did the laundry, and dishes and swept the floor and the maids admired him for that and praised him a bit. After Tanjiro had done all that, he went to his room to rest, he lay down on the futon

A few minutes later, another maid maybe a servant came to Tanjiro's room in a state of panic and worry

Tanjiro who was lying down is concerned and quickly sits up "What is wrong ma'am?" Tanjiro asked as he stood up to go near her

The servant shows him a cloth of black blood and speaks worriedly "Master.. Muzan..! He is vomiting! Please! Make him take his medicine! You the only one who can go up to the guards!" the servant lady said

Tanjiro was in shock, and he quickly took the bamboo bottle and ran to where the agreement marriage was happening

After a few minutes of running, he gets there but two guards block him

"Please let me see Muzan!" Tanjiro said

"I'm sorry but we can't let you in when important things are happening and we can't let you disturb the peace." One of the guards said who was blocking Tanjiro with a thick bamboo stick

Muzan's pov:

'uugh.. I should have taken my medicine. And now I'm sweating so much..' Muzan thought as he was sitting on the floor beside a woman. Muzan fought the urge not to vomit in front of these. people, But then he suddenly coughed and Vomited his black blood the lady beside him suddenly slapped him and he fell to the floor, Muzan heard the woman say that he was a curse, Muzan is about to pass out when he heard someone running towards him, a familiar voice ''Muzan!'' it was Tanjiro.

Nobody's POV:

Tanjiro came in then opened the bamboo bottle and took a drink and mouth to mouth to make Muzan drink the medicine which made everyone inside shocked {Bro they flabbergasted} then Tanjiro spoke "Dont any of you understand?" Then Tanjiro carries Muzan out of there

Later that night

Muzan and Tanjiro are in Muzan's room talking, Tanjiro is apogizing for disturbing his meeting with the emperor

Then Tanjiro gave Muzan a painkiller "This is a painkiller, so take it." Tanjiro says to Muzan

"So what is it about the black blood you vomited?" Tanjiro asked curiously

"The black liquid only becomes that color when the blood that comes out and the gastric juices mix together..." Muzan explained while taking the medicine

Then suddenly Muzan dropped his medicine onto the floor, before Tanjiro could say anything Muzan grabbed Tanjiro's face and forcefully kissed him, Tanjiro tried to break free but no avail, Muzan mixed his black blood into Tanjiro's mouth and Muzan pulled away and said "You did it, Tanjiro" Muzan said ecstatic, "I never thought I'd suck my mouth like that in front of everyone." Muzan added.

"Will I become a "living witness"?" Muzan asked Tanjiro, panting as Tanjiro looked up at him worriedly

'The innocence of this cursed body...' Tanjiro thought but he heard Muzan speak one more time

"Live for me... Tanjiro." That was the words that Muzan spoke

Then Tanjiro started to kiss Muzan, tears forming in his eyes, then Muzan forcefully kissed Tanjiro then pulled away again

"I'll mix it up everywhere" Muzan said as he pulls Tanjiro's bottom clothes off and dresses Tanjiro's upper clothes and started to lick and nibble on Tanjiro's nipples, He was doing it roughly

'I wasn't loved in the slightest' Muzan thought 'I couldn't stop feeling nauseous...' Muzan thought again

Muzan pushed those thoughts aside and continued to lick and nibble on Tanjiro's nipples

Tanjiro moaned a bit and slapped Muzan on the face

"Is that how you get violent with someone?" Tanjiro asked, Muzan puts his hand over where Tanjiro had slapped him

Muzan looked a bit upset, Tanjiro's tears falls from Tanjiro's face, Tanjiro then gently puts his hands on Muzans face, "Muzan... This 'Mouth sucking' It's a precious act between people who have vowed to love each other for the rest of their lives." Tanjiro explained as he got close to Muzan's face

" 'Mouth sucking' is also an important expression of love that is only allowed to the person you like..." Tanjiro explained again in a gentle tone.

"Do you understand?" Tanjiro asks

Muzan then gently grabs Tanjiro's hand and placed it on his cheek while tears form unto his eyes and fall down, then lays his head near Tanjiro's chest "I'll live for you" Tanjiro said as Muzan cried for a bit, Tanjiro comforted Muzan for a bit

After a while, they continued

Muzan continued to lick and nibble on Tanjiro's nipples while rubbing Tanjiro's member, Tanjiro kept on moaning and grabbing into the Futon sheets, Then Muzan pulled away and gets on top of Tanjiro panting a bit and inserts two fingers inside Tanjiro's entrance and thrusts inside, making Tanjiro moan more, Muzan kept playing with Tanjiro's entrance

Muzan then pulls his fingers away from Tanjiro's entrance, Tanjiro looked up at Muzan, Innocently

"I will dedicate my life to you at the very end..." Muzan said to Tanjiro as he caresses Tanjiro on the cheek "immediately try to correct my behavior" Muzan added then pinched Tanjiro's cheek "ow.." Tanjiro said

"Can I hold you with this body... so beautiful" Muzan said as he gets on top of Tanjiro

"It's my first time with you, Tanjiro" Muzan said as he thrusts his member inside Tanjiro's wet entrance, Muzan kissed Tanjiro, Tanjiro kissed back and Muzan moved his lips to lick Tanjiro's ears and Muzan kept on thrusting into Tanjiro, the soft moans of Tanjiro fading into the night
