"Rikki" I whispered/yelled, he smiled and picked me up spinning me around "Mel Bear" he said, and hugged me after he set me down, i felt someone tug me from him "Me next!" Bobby yelled and hugged me hard. I hugged back and laughed, i turned and saw C.C. he smiled and gulped "Hey" he said, I smiled and looked down "Hi."
"Hey who is the hunks" Cherri asked as the girls walked up, I saw Kat straighten up at the sight of Bobby, and he smiled and looked away "Uh, Rikki, Bobby and C.C. Drummer, bassist, and Electric guitarist for Poison" I said, Rikki wrapped his arm around me "Yep. And Mel Bear is my sister" he rubbed my head. I laughed and shook him off.
  Maury came up "Hey girls, bad news" he said "What?" We asked he sighed "I can't pay this months rent, not enough money" he said, I looked at him and crossed my arms "Not enough money? With the gigs we play Maurice you should have two thousand a month coming in on your part" they crossed their arms and stood behind me. Maury shrugged "That's showbiz" he said, and walked away. I scowled and walked forward "I will give you showbiz Maurice!" I yelled, and some one grabbed me around the waist "Easy tiger" C.C. said.
I looked at him "Did you quit cocaine?" I asked, he nodded I looked at Rikki, he shrugged and looked at C.C. who answered "For a year, clean" with a smile.
I looked up at him and sighed "Does Bret even know I am still in L.A?" I asked, they looked at each other. I will take that as a no. I sighed and went to a small room with a couple of couches they followed behind me "You can stay with me until Bret knows your here" C.C. smiled, and sat on the couch beside me, and put his arm around my shoulder "Don't want to be a burden" I said, then "Live with you?" I asked, he smiled.
"Me and Rikki and Bobby live on our own now -well next to each other- Bret lives next to Rikki for when we need to practice" he explained, and smiled down at me. I pushed him away "I don't know."
"Come on Melly whatcha got to loose?" Kat asked.
  My dignity. My pride. My temper.

  "See it's not that bad" Cherri said, I gave her a look looking at the two story house and rang the door bell. You say that now.
C.C. answered the door wearing a open Jean jacket and blue jeans and was barefoot, the only thought that came to mind was am i at the right address? But, C.C. took me in his arms and hugged me "Melly welcome to the house of whores" he cracked, I laughed "Seriously?" I said, he smiled "Come in, have a drink" he said and Cherri said "Uh, no thanks. I'm going with Rose to live with Rikki, Kat should be okay with Bobby, right?" She asked.
"Oh yeah" C.C. said, I bit my lip, maybe I should live with Rikki? I thought as C.C. waved to my girls and closed the door, he smiled and looked at me "I will show you your room" he said, I hoisted my bag with my guitar in it on my shoulder as C.C. grabbed my bags he smiled "Like old times right?" He asked. I shrugged he sighed as he opened a door upstairs "Its a queen sized bed" he said, and put the key on the nightstand and put down my bags.
"I-we wrote a song for you, you know" he smiled "I won't forget you" he whispered, I nodded he grabbed my guitar off my shoulder and sat it on the bed "Melly, I am sorry I kissed you that night, I was not thinking" he whispered.
I nodded "I'm sorry I slapped you" I said.
  Then, went and started unpacking "Why did you leave without saying goodbye?" He asked. I looked up at him, his back as to me as he was about to leave. I gulped "I don't know."
He nodded and walked off, I hesitated then went running after him "Damnit C.C.!" I yelled and stopped at the edge of the stairs, he was on the last step as he turned and looked up at me "Im sorry, you were there for me when Bret wasn't" I said and walked towards him "C.C. I-" he stepped up beside me and leaned down and kissed me. He cradled my cheek in his hand "I-I'm sorry" he whispered, and stepped down, he turned away as the door bell rang and went to answer it.
  I walked down and into the kitchen and to the fridge. I got a coke and opened it, I drunk some and walked by a cabinet...that had white powder. I stopped. Please God let that be flour, I thought, and opened it, I saw a small baggie with white powder, I took it out and looked. Cocaine.
  I slammed the cabinet, and put it on the counter, C.C. came through with a pizza and looked at me then the baggie "Uh, Melly-" I bit my tongue "C.C. thought you said last night you quit?" I asked, and shook my head "I should have saw Rikki's reaction more clearly."
I started to walk by and he grabbed my arm and turned me around so my back was against the wall he sighed "Amelia. I didn't. Its just what I told Bret. Please, keep this quiet, Rikki don't agree Bobby says okay" he said, I gulped "C.C. this will hurt you, bad" I whispered "My dad is dead because of stuff like this he died last year and my mom went to rehab" I said, I had been back to see my parents after I moved out, I just didn't tell anyone.
He sighed "Melly. A secret" he said "Please."
I closed my eyes and inhaled, then exhaled. I looked up at him "Fine." He smiled and picked me up he spun me around "I love you, I love you, I adore you!" He yelled, then kissed my cheek. I shrugged "I know." He laughed and grabbed my hand "I want to show you something" he said, as he took me upstairs, I rolled my eyes.
"C.C. no matter how good friends we are...I honestly do not want to see your bedroom" I laughed, and he shot me a grin "You know you want to" he winked. Then opened a door to one of the other rooms, I braved myself for dead bodies...but it was guitars instead.
  He smiled "Daddy's home, my baby" he said as he walked up to a pink one. I snorted "Really?" I asked, he smiled "I got to be nice to her, I broke her a while back...for a reason" he scratched his neck and laughed quietly. I smiled "You have always been weird C.C." I giggled.
  He grinned "Weirdness is the best thing ever, Melly. "
I nodded "I got to rehearse with the band if you want you can come tomorrow" I yawned, he smiled "Ill be there
