Yuth:

A group of foreigners are roaming around the streets of Bangkok. They see a long line of girls ranging from secondary school female students to young-looking moms squirming around behind a closed door to a merchandise store.

"Excuse me, sir," one of the foreigners (Micheal) asks a passing stranger. "Why are the girls squirming before the store has even opened? Is the store that good?" He asks, amused by the scene. The stranger chuckles. "Oh no. That's because the store owner is a very handsome young man. Be careful; your wife might leave you too." Micheal is caught off guard by the comment. "What a rude thing to say. As if that would happen." His wife Julia slightly fumes at the stranger.

Micheal laughs. "Baby, don't take it to heart. I know you would never... what are you looking at?" He asks when he sees his wife's eyes on something behind him. A very handsome man is at the other end of the glass of the merchandise store Astro Stuffs - stuff for the planet. (Note: Astro Stuffs is Bright's real-life brand that sells sustainable products!) Micheal looks back at his wife, who is in awe at the scenery. "Honey... I think I wanna take a look at the store." Julia walks as if hypnotized. Micheal is in extreme shock from her behavior.

Julia makes her way to the store. She tries to find a spot to stalk this hot guy working there but finds that all the girls have spread out, finding secret places to spy on him. She is stuck in her spot when she sees the handsome worker walking towards her. "Excuse me, are you American?" he asks with a sexy Thai accent. She can't find herself to answer him. "I am Yuth. I am the son of the owner of the store. Do you need help looking for stuff?" she wanted to speak, but nothing was coming out of her throat. He furrowed his eyebrows at her. "Why are you not saying what you want?" He now looked a bit frustrated. "Yuth!" a middle-aged woman came running. "Don't talk to customers like that. Is that a way to speak to a woman?" she asked angrily. "I am sorry Ms, how can we help you?"

Julia looked at the woman harshly. "You don't have to yell at him. He is the owner of the store. I think you should mind your business." Julia knew it was harsh, but she hoped Yuth would be attracted to her if she defended him. But maybe it was a bad idea because now Yuth had a cold and sharp look in his eyes. "If I am the store owner, who would she be?" Julia looked confused. "Get.. out." His teeth clenched. Julia now could sense the environment. Yuth was angry at her, the woman beside him was shocked, and the girls in the store were trying to contain their secret laughter. "Yuth!" the woman whispered to him. "Don't." Yuth looked at her and Julia angrily before leaving the store and going to his office.

As soon as he left, the entire store started laughing except for the woman. "I am sorry about that" the woman apologized before the other girls stopped her. "Miss. Insara, why are you apologizing? She is being a complete rude bitch!", "You are so stupid, don't you know Miss. Insara owns the store.", "Did you think P'Yuth would like you if you yelled at his mother?" Julia finally realized that the woman was no other than Yuth's mother and the store owner.

Before Julia could even apologize, her husband came to the store. "Honey. What are you doing? Let's go." Her husband had a calmness to his words, yet she felt the anger behind it. "Baby! I was just.." "Let's talk about this later." He left the store. Julia looked back at the smirking girls and ran after her husband. Insara looked to the door to Yuth's office and shook her head but smiled.

Anurak:

"Mr. Anurak, please wake up." a helper stood by Anurak's bed. Anurak groans and sits on the bed. "P'Kim, I told you na don't call me Mr. Anurak, it feels weird. You raised me." He pouts

Miss Kim smiles at Anurak and pats his head. "I missed you, Anu." Anurak gives her a bright smile. "I missed you too! Now let me go to sleep."

"Anu, it's time for breakfast. It's 8 a.m., sweetheart." Anurak frowns " I got here only four hours ago! And I didn't go to sleep for an hour cause I played with Charlotte, Bentley, and Cartier. One more hour pleaseee." Anurak was now frowning and pouting

"I wish you could, sweetheart, but it is your father's order. I am sorry. I will make you your favorite breakfast, lunch, and dinner, okay?!" Kim tried convincing him. Anurak looked at her tensed face. "Okay, okay, I am up. Anurak lazily got up. Before he went to the bathroom, he kissed her on her head, making Kim blush.

At breakfast...

"Anurak." Anurak was making eye contact with his father, Tee. His father had a very stern and cold demeanor. Even his father's way to love felt scary. "Yes, Daddy?" Tee looked at him, annoyed. "Anurak. You are not a child anymore. Do not call me daddy; that's for girls." Anurak felt tense from his father's comment. "Yes... Por", he felt sad that just because he was older and a boy, his father found it weird for him to call his father daddy.

"Por, I missed you." Anurak smiled at Tee. Only to be ignored by him. Anurak wasn't disappointed in Tee's reaction. His father had always been stingy with his affection for him. "Have you applied for University yet?" Tee asked while starting at some documents. Win felt his face heat up a bit. He forgot to do what his father asked him in time "I was going to do it yesterday Por, but I.." Anurak word vomited "I don't want to hear the rest of your excuse. Sign up today. And when you get there, make sure to hang out with Wan and her friends, don't go around becoming friends with everyone you meet." Anurak felt uncomfortable with his father's words yet also wanted his validation. "I. I will try Por, but I probably won't be able to see P'Wan. She told me she would study at the faculty of Economics." Tee looked up sternly at Anurak. "You are studying Economics." "No, Por, I was going to study Architecture. I always wanted to build.." "That wasn't a question Anurak. It was an order." Anurak looked shocked. Was his father going to decide his entire career and future for him?

"But Por.." Anurak is about to tell him No, he isn't allowed to decide his future for him. "Anurak! My baby! Oh, I missed you!" Anurak sees his mom enter, looking fancy from some event of hers. Anurak's mother, Min, was a beautiful, accomplished lady whom all the other socialite ladies either admired or looked on with jealousy. Anurak ran to his mom like a little child. "Mae! I missed you!" Anurak hugs her tightly. "Oh, what are you daddy-son talking about?" Anurak's smile disappears. "Mae.. Por wants me to do Economics, but I want to do Architecture." Min has a frozen face. "Oh.. well, honey." She looks at Tee. "Why are you forcing our son to join Economics? He is an adult now; he doesn't need us to tell him what to do. Anurak dear, you should join Architecture. Don't listen to your daddy. He had wanted to see you do economics ever since you were little. I told him not to have dreams for your future and that you might want to do something else, but he wouldn't listen. He said he knew his son would listen to him. But don't you worry, Anurak. Do what you want."

Anurak felt like he got slapped hard in the face. He never knew his father had dreams for him before this. He looked at his father's disappointed face and his mother's face where he knew even she deep down wanted him to do economics even if she wanted him to be able to choose his career. "Mae. I.. it's okay; maybe I can do economics. Could I help with the design of future projects?" He asks hopefully. "Of course, sweetheart," his mother says sweetly, holding him into a hug. While Anurak embraces his mother after not being in her presence for years, he doesn't know that on the other side, his mother is winking at his father for convincing Anurak once again of what they want for him.
