"My name is Y/n" you started, the whole class stared at you, their eyes were full of interest, you had their full attention.

"I was born in Tokyo... my mother is M/n... you might know her, she's a pretty famous model... and umm ive just turned 16.. and i cant wait to get to know all of you!" you exclaimed before bowing politely. your teacher looked at you "thank you Mx. Y/n, i have a feeling you're going to fit into our little school perfectly! now why don't you take a seat next to Josuke there, he's going to be looking after you for a while until you've settled in a little better." the teacher said, pointing to a seat next to a muscular, kind looking boy with beautiful purple hair.

you nodded and smiled at the boy before taking your seat down next to him.

"Hey, hey! what's up? Haven't seen you in Morioh before." the boy said turning to face you.

"oh haha, yep.. i'm new. only moved here last week actually, i was a bit nervous starting in this new school, since i haven't properly met anyone yet... but everyone seems lovely so far!" you responded, smiling softly.

"well that's good to hear. I'm Josuke, by the way. I'm sorry.. but i totally zoned out when the teacher was talking, what's your name again?" the boy asked, nervously scratching the back of his neck.

"ah it's okay.. My name is Y/n" you replied, you kept smiling to show him that you weren't fazed by the fact that he had forgotten your name already.

"cool, Y/n? that's a nice name. You know... maybe we could hang out after school together and i could show you around Morioh? i can get you accustomed to our little Bizzare town a bit. you seem cool!" he responded, smiling genuinely.

you felt your cheeks get hot... this boy is so nice... and he's really handsome too...

"Hey.. sure! i'd really love that actually, thank you!" you said, trying to hide the fact that you were blushing.

"Alright! After school then? we'll meet up in front of the school. I'm looking forward to hanging out with you, y/n." he added, grinning. he then turned back round to face the teacher to focus on his studies since he hadn't really been paying attention and You did the same.

The end of the school day rolled by and you were about to go home before you remembered your plans to meet up with josuke, you then headed towards the school gates and saw him there, waving at you.

"hey! you made it!" he grinned as you walked over to him.

you nod and smile back at him "yeah! where are you gonna take me first?"

"well i was thinking maybe the river. its quite close to here and it's super pretty! you'll probably like it" he said, excitement flooding his words.

"yeah! sure, if you like it then i'm sure it'll be beautiful" you responded, blushing and smiling warmly at him.

"well, i haven't been there in a while but i remember it being quite peaceful. Alright, let's go!" he said as he stated walking in front of you and towards the river, gesturing for you to follow him.

you caught up to him and gently held his hand "i'm so excited!" you reply, looking up at him.

"me too." he grinned, squeezing your hand tightly. "you're really cute, you know that?" he teased, attempting to make you blush more.

"shut up pretty boy..." you reply, blushing hard and looking away from him. "are we nearly there?"

"not yet, but we're close. are you cold?" he asked, feeling a slight breeze blowing.

now that you thought about it, you were cold. you nodded softly, still looking away from him. he tucked a strand of hair behind your ear, warmth flickering in his eyes. "i could warm you up if you want" he lightly teased, knowing damn well that it was an offer he planned on taking.

"okay.." you meekly spoke, looking at him again.

at your response, he pulled you close to him and wrapped his arms around you, pressing his chest and shoulder against yours. he closed his eyes and took a deep breath in.

"y/n.. you smell so good..." he whispered into your ear.

you blushed intensely, not expecting that at all.

he chuckles softly, feeling the warmth spreading through his body. "we're almost there, sweetheart. just hold on tight!" he nuzzled his face into your hair, breathing in deeply once more before lifting you up in his arms and carrying you towards the river ahead.

"Josuke! but me down! this is scary!" you shriek, holding onto him for dear life.

"i promise i won't drop you, y/n. just relax and enjoy the ride." he whispered softly into your ear as he carries you to the river bank.

you shut your eyes and bury your face into his neck, terrified that he'd drop you.

"i got you, we're here, open your eyes.." he gently placed you down on the grassy bank of the river and then stands up, looking out over the water with a soft smile on his face.

"oh josuke... it's beautiful!" i stand next to him and look at the beautiful river, the different colours of the forest reflecting on the water and creating the most beautiful spiral patterns.

Josuke leans down, his breath ghosting against your neck as he speaks softly in your ear. "Now, Y/n.. i know we only just met, but it's time for you to trust me. Let's take a dip in this cool water together."

you gasp and think for a minute before replying nervously "okay..."

he grins, hearing your response, he scoops you up into his arms and carries you over the river's edge, where he gently lowers you down into the water, allowing only the top half of our bodies to tangle over the riverbanks edge.

"Josuke.. i'm cold..." you say, looking towards him.

he chuckled back, the water lapping gently against his skin. "i'm right here with you baby.. it's okay to relax and let go." he cups your face with his hands, looking into your eyes intently. "trust me."

you nod, blushing hard. god, how badly you wanted him to kiss you right now...

feeling the warmth of his skin and the cool water around him, Josuke leaned closer to y/n, their faces inches apart. He could feel his heart racing with anticipation as he quickly brushed his lips against yours. "sorry... i couldn't help myself... you just look so cute..."

"thank you..." you reply, gazing at him in sweet shock.

his eyes locked with yours as he pulled you closer, his hands running up and down your back "y/n..." he groaned out, his voice thick with desire.

you giggle nervously "Josuke... let's take it slow.. we've only just met..."

"alright... let's take it slow..." he smiles, leaning into press a gentle kiss against your forehead. "But i can promise you one thing - there's no place i would rather be right now than with you..."

you smile back at him. "let's get out of the river now, it's getting cold."

he chuckles, rolling his eyes and pretending to pout playfully. "alright, fine.. but remember, i'm going to hold you to that 'slow' thing." Josuke wraps an arm around your waist, helping you up onto the riverbank. "let's take you home now." he says, giving you a warm smile.

you nod back and return the smile. "thank you Josuke... i had a great time with you today.."

his heart swelled with happiness as he heard your words. He couldn't believe how lucky he was to have met you today. "i did too Y/n. I really, really did..."

you tightly wrap your arms around him, he hugged you back, feeling your warmth against him, his heart pounding with anticipation for what their future held together. "let's make sure we have many more days like this," he whispers into your ear before pulling back to look in your eyes once more.

"see you tomorrow then, Y/n" he smiled, his heart flooding with his newly found love for you.

"see you tomorrow Josuke." you smiled back as you begin walking away.

Josuke watched you walk away, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness about their new budding relationship. He knew one thing for sure - he wanted to see you every day from now on.
