Mind Kisses

I've locked you in a drawer

that keeps opening itself, that never shuts

properly, truly.

You haunt me and I can't forget,

I never let you go, I never let go of the way

you made me feel.

No touch, no smiles but when two

minds think alike their love is

stronger than any promjise, any kiss,

and any touch lost to the mind.

Love me a River

Do you ever feel the terror of passing time?

The tremor of slippery ice when life

seems to runa way, quick, mad

untouchable pace that you can never chase?

I feel life streaming away

and it seems to me I'm on

the bridge, and I look towards the spring

never the sea, and I will never know

where does this running life finally go
