"Good job boys your laps are over now go home" my coach says looking at us before going back to his clipboard writing something down.
As were headed to the lockers coach calls my name.
"Not you Aiden. Come here" he motions for me and i low key feel scared but over anyway.
"Yes coach" i say wiping the sweat off my forehead with my shirt.
"You have been doing extremely good now. I mean you were always good of course but i see you more happy now. Who got you like this" my coach says smiling at me as he look back to his board.
I hear a cough before Jayden speaks "Brianna" he coughs again before running to the lockers and i glare at him.
"Brianna?" He raises his eyebrow and i look back towards him smiling at the thought of her name.
Me and coach always talk about shit. Hell he seems more of a father towards me then my own but i never talked to him about a girl because well...I never kept one long enough to.
"Yeah" i scratch the back of neck. "Shes my girlfriend" i hesitate to tell him and he haves a little shock face written on him.
"Girlfriend? Aiden collins with a girlfriend? I think hell done froze over" he laugh's shaking hid head.
"We've been dating for a few weeks now" i nod.
"Shes the little short girl i always see you with at school" he says lowering his hand to a small height.
"Ok she isn't that short coach. But yeah thats her" i say and he nods.
"Well i see she makes you really happy and your changing for the better" he says smiling and i smile back.
"Yup Yup."
"Well I would really like to talk to you about your little love life but there's something else i wanted to tell you" he says and i nod for him to continue.
"I was going to tell you guys next practice but I decided to tell you first. A few scouts is coming to watch you guys during practice and at y'all next game-" i cut him off.
"A SCOUT?? Already? I thought they were coming in another two months" i say and he shakes his head.
"Well they are. A lot are coming but a few also want to watch you guys for a few, manly you,Jayden, and Alex" he whispers and i nod.
"When are they coming?"
"Tuesday" he says.
It's Friday.
"Ok ok" i say.
"Ok now go take a shower. You smell like outside and your sweating like hell" he says and i laugh.
"Almost like I wasn't outside for three hours" i say before walking back to the lockers.
It's 9pm right now and i don't have anything planned to do.
