The war of truth was battle fought between Hypogeans (essentially demons) and Celestials (Gods/angels). Being lead by two people, who had more of a role than could be predicted. Two sides, choose your side and fight for your choice. Throughout your quests you learn more of your commanders. And the connection shared.

Name: Liberta Age: mid to late teens Faction: Celestial Overall: Liberta was created as one part to a weapon. He was found with his other part. The two also Hypogean and Celestial realized this weapon was children. The wars fought each seeking to control this power. The two took the children and disappeared. Deserting their factions, to protect these children. Alas their efforts were in vain. Liberta was taken and raise by the Celestials. He was taught the ways of light and that darkness had no place in this world. Trained and raised to fight his other half scorned.

Name: Lucilla Age: Mid to late teens Faction: Hypogean Overall: Lucilla was one part of a weapon. She was found with her other half by a Hypogean and Celestial. Who raised her and her half. This peace didn't last. The Celestials scorned thus half, deeming her unworthy. The Hypogeans however, they saw their champion. They took her in, erasing her memories of her family. Training her to be ruthless and merciless. To lead them into a new Era. To defeat her other half.
The war of truth was a sided war. The Hypogean was the side I chose, hence I have no clue what happened on the Celestial side. I don't know if Liberta's memories was also taken away or not. But I doubt the Celestial would do that so they didn't. BTW if you're wondering, the Hypogeans won.

Name: Eugene Faction: Hypogean Age: mid thirties to early forties (human years) Personality: Eugene is a person of chaos. He thrives in any chaos he can find. But he is caring in his own way. Gavus captured him and told Eugene to the weapons. Eugene had no clue what was being talked about. After a run in with a Hypogean. The two fell into a cave. Finding Liberta and Lucilla as babies. "Is this the weapons you're talking about?" "Good night.... Little devils" He claims not to care about those two but he obiviously did. His room has two dolls that look like them and he takes care of them.

Name: Gavus Faction: Celestial Age: Late thirties to early forties (human years) Personality: Gavus met Eugene while looking for some stolen weapons. He used a spell to bind Eugene's wrist to his own. Keeping them together. They fell into a cave and found their children. Lucilla and Liberta. He kept them safe for as long as he could. Then forced away in a prison. Lucilla and Liberta were teens when he saw his children again. With Eugene, the Hypogeans he reluctantly grew close to. "I heardyou comming a mile away."
