• The main reason as to why Quattro calls Victoria his "Baby Bird" is because, when she was born, the Arclight girl would always have this phoenix plushie nearby and it was her favorite toy of all time. Even when her and her brothers were separated after their father had disappeared, Victoria would have this phoenix plushie with her, acting like a guardian angel to her until she would be reunited with her family. Anytime she thinks of her family when they were apart (and even when they would be reunited), Victoria would hug the plushie and let it fill her up with a familiar warmth that would remind her of her brothers and father, almost as if they would be hugging her back from wherever they were. When the Arclights reunited after Byron finally returned (albeit; under a new identity he called "Vetrix"), the phoenix plushie remained, even as Victoria got older and entered into a romantic relationship with Reginald "Shark" Kastle. During the second Barian canon, Quattro would try to get Victoria (Venus) to regain her humanity by showing her the plushie (context: he had the plushie in his pocket and would bring it out when he was on his last leg of the duel) but she would coldly dismissed this, even when Quattro lost the duel and was sent to Barian World (aka; Hell), following his defeat at the hands of his sister and her husband. With only Nash as a witness, Venus would walk over to where Quattro would drop the plushie before disappearing/dying, picking it up and hugged it tightly, trying not to cry as she silently mourns her fallen brother, but if you look closely, you can see tears escape her eyes, even when said eyes are closed. She would then pocket the plushie (carefully), returning to her Barian Queen self soon after, telling Nash that they need to continue with their mission before the pair are joined by their comrades (minus Vector, who was watching all of this from atop a building but chose not to say anything about what was going on with Venus) and told them to continue looking for Yuma and Astral, and to put a stop to them. Once the war was finally over and everyone had been revived by the newly-written Numeron Code, Victoria would be holding her phoenix plushie tightly as she apologizes to her brothers for her actions when she was Venus, squeezing the plushie in her arms as she does this. Thankfully for her, all three of her brothers would forgive her and tightly embrace her as she cries loudly in their arms, eventually burying her face in Quattro's chest, as he was the nearest to her, feeling ashamed for all of her actions. Also, when Victoria and Reginald are finally reunited with their daughter after the couple had been revived by the Numeron Code, the Arclight woman would give Iris, the phoenix plushie that has been with her since birth, knowing that Iris will keep the plushie safe and make good use out of it, like her Mama did in her own youth.
• As we all know, Victoria has a very close sibling relationship with Quattro when compared to her sibling relationship with Quinton and Trey (with no offense to those two), and even when Victoria enters a [romantic] relationship with Reginald after what Quattro had done, the bond that she shares with her older brother did not change. Sure, when she found out what Quattro did, Victoria didn't understand why he put Rio Kastle in the hospital before getting Reginald disqualified from the National Duel Circuit, but thankfully, the middle Arclight son explained it all to his sister. Even in the second Barian canon when Victoria finds out that she's actually Queen Venus, her love for Quattro didn't waver, as we would see her grief over her [favorite] brother's death when he lost to her and Nash during the first wave of the war but only for a moment, with Nash as the only witness. One key moment in Victoria and Quattro's relationship was back when they were kids (before Byron's disappearance) and anytime they would play hide-and-seek (sometimes with the family dog who would help the seeker), Quattro - back when he was known as Thomas - would be nice to Victoria, even when he has the dog helping him, and pretend that he's giving up on finding her. This would allow the youngest Arclight child to come out of her hiding spot and proudly proclaim that she had won that round (or the entire game if they were about to wrap up for the day). Quattro would smile down at her, ruffle up her hair playfully - her hair was short back then, down to her shoulders -, and tell the young girl that, yeah, she did win the game and that she is so good at hide-and-seek. Hearing this would cause Victoria to giggle happily before smiling up at her big brother, showing off the gap between her two front teeth on the top row as her eyes shined with child-like innocence. This innocent image of his baby sister - his Baby Bird - is something that Quattro holds close to his heart, reminding him of a time before things went to shit for him and his family.
