I went to Jen's that weekend. She had her brother go to the liqueur store for us. She wasn't happy about what happened but she was even less happy that I agreed to go through with it. Not like I had a lot of choice but I just wasn't in the mood to explain my reasoning.
He returned with a lot of options. I mainly stuck to captain Morgan and Coke. It was a sad memory and this would be the last time I drink it. Captain Morgan got me I to this mess and Captain Morgan will get me out.
We drink all night and fell asleep with the moon. I woke up somewhere around dinner with hard cramps. I cried out in pain. It was happening. It was really happening.
I started bleeding a lot. So much blood. Jen asked if I wanted to go to the doctor but I couldn't. No one could know.
Thankfully. One of our friends' mom had just finished going to school to be a doctor. She was one of those down to earth people to know that privacy is privacy no matter who the patient is. Even if it is a seventeen year old who hung out with your daughter. She was more a part of our friend group then the parents group.
She came over and walked me through it. She gave me some pain killers. They haloed but there was still a lot going on down there in my body. It still hurt a lot like my stomach was being ripped out.
Then I heard Jen start screaming at someone on the phone. She was crying and screaming but at whom. I looked for my phone and couldn't find it. Then I heard it. " you are so stupid. You got a seventeen year old pregnant. Then told her to have a miscarriage and now she looks like she's dying on my living room floor. I hope your happy with yourself." Click. Then I heard a crash.
Jen walked in to me and tried to comfort me. She looked at me with tears streaming down her face and told me she was sorry. She just needed WTO get it off her chest. And also she owed me a new phone because mine is shattered all over the kitchen floor. We both started to laugh. But it soon turned into crying. Partially from pain and partially from remembering why we were here to start with.
