hey peeps i hope you liked that extra long chapter :)
so i have recently finished all of my superstar on paper all i have left to do is post the other chapters which i will do threw outght the next few weeks :D hope you like it
The rest of the weekend I spent at Mark's house. If he minded he didn't say it. Rissa, who was overjoyed to have me over, came back home and didn't question my being there. I did return to Liam', but only to get my things. Thankfully he hadn't been their at the time so I didn't have to see him. He didn't try and message me or call after that night either. Alice, Niall, and Louis all tried though. I ignored them. I wasn't looking forward to school today either. Luckily Mark offered to drive me so I wouldn't have a chance to run into Liam.
Mark pulled into the school's teacher parking area and we got out of his truck. "Ready for class" he asked. I shrugged. "I guess, i'm just not looking forward to dealing with Alice" I told him sadly. "It'll be okay" he said as we entered the building. "I hope so" I said going to my class.
I sat next to Rissa and put my head on the desk. "You okay Alex? You've been pretty down lately" Rissa asked from her seat. I sighed and turned to her. Before I could reply someone did first. "No, he's depressed Rissa". I turned to see an angry looking Alice standing over me. "Hey Avery" I said in an emotionless voice. "I need to talk to you Alex" she said still looking angry. "About what" I asked. "You know exactly what" she answered pulling me from my seat and out of the classroom. I pulled my arm from her causing her to stop and look at me. "Drop it Alice" I told her. She then looked even more angry. "Where the hell have you been. We've been worried sick" she asked putting her hands on her hips. "I've been at Mark's and Rissa's" I replied. "why haven't you answered out calls or our messages" she asked looking less angry. "Because I didn't want to. I knew you'd want to talk about it and I didn't want too" I told her as I glared. "Alex, you have to talk to-" she started, but I cut her off saying, "No, I don't have to do anything". "Please Alex, you've got to" she said angrily. "Drop ir Alice" I told her flatly. "No Alex" she said stepping towards me. "If your my friend you'll drop it" I told her. she stood their shocked. "I guess i'm not your friend then" she said looking sad.
I nodded and went back into the classroom. The teacher stopped in his lecture to look at me. "Mr. Papier where have you been" he asked, but I didn't answer. I quickly grabbed my bag and left. I didn't see Alice when I did and I didn't care. She chose him over me and I was her friend first! I didn't know where I was going, I just kept walking around. At least, until I heard a strange noise. I peeked around a corner into the hall that I had heard the sound from. I saw a ginger haired man kissing a dark haired guy against a locker. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but under recent events it did. A dark feeling settled in my chest. I was about to turn away when they pulled apart and i saw who it was. Mr. Ott took a step away from a dazed Mark. I felt even worse. I don't know why. It's not like I should be involved with Mark's social life, thought i am a bit shocked.
I backed away from the hall before turning and sprinting away. Tears stung my eyes as I ran. Pushing the doors to the school open I ran away from it. I ran from Alice. I ran from Mark. I ran from it all. I just ran and ran and ran, not stopping for a long time. Finally after I ran out of breath, I sat on the stairs to a house. The tears had stopped flowing awhile ago, but my face felt sore from all the crying. Looking around I tried to find out where I am. As soon as I realized where I was i froze, not sure what to do. I couldn't have ran that far, could I have? I thought. I had only been here once, but i remember it well. I was right outside of the flat that Louis owns, having bought it a year ago. I was about to leave when the door flung open.
It scared the shit out of me, but I didn't run. Looking behind me I saw Lou standing there. He looked a bit tired as he pulled his mail from the box next to his door. He flipped threw the few pieces that he had before finally noticing me. A smile broke across his face as he said, "Shouldn't you be in school". I shrugged before replying, "Eh, oh well". "Come on inside. No use staying out here" he told me waving me in. I stood to go in, but stopped short from going in. "He's not in there is he" I asked eyeing him suspiciously. He rolled his eyes and replied, "He's at his flat" . I nodded and followed him into his living room. "Want something to drink" he asked me as he sat in a chair. I nodded as I sat on his couch. "Could I have some ice too" I asked him. Louis got up and went to his kitchen only to return a few seconds later with water and a small bundle of ice. "Thanks" I told him as he gave them to me. I took a huge drink from the cup before putting the ice on my face. "How you holding up" Louis asked me. I shrugged. "I'm okay I guess".
