It's been a week since the attack and the police had finally close the case and demean that it was self defense. Maddie wasn't to happy about that, but Crystal honestly didn't care. Hell she didn't even want to think about what happened. Crystal was tried of talking about her past and the attack everywhere she look on the news they still show her face and share her story and she was honestly embarrassed. Crystal haven't been to her home since she been released from the hospital and she had no plan on going back there but she had to, to move all of her things in storage. She's only taken her clothes everything else is either going into storage or she'll just give it away. The house alone gives her bad vibes, gives her the creep. She honestly doesn't know how today is going to go. She also had a doctors appointment today to go over something. Crystal was actually wide awake under Devale but she was turn a different way so she wouldn't wake Devale up. She was honestly so grateful for Devale he's been there for her in a way nobody has ever been. His parents was even coming down to visit to make sure Devale and Crystal were okay and to just be a helping hand. Crystal didn't think it was necessary but Devale parents had already made up they're minds. Mars was also a big help just by being there for Crystal, she haven't spoken to any of her family members since the accident because Mars told her how they were acting in the hospital and she didn't need fake love anymore in her life. Crystal look at the time and it was just about 7am and she been up since 4am just laying in bed thinking about her life and what would be the next step. She thought about ending things with Devale because he missed three gigs because he didn't want to leave Crystal by herself and Crystal felt guilty. It wasn't that Crystal wasn't able to do things herself Devale just wanted to be with his woman.
"What's on your mind.?" Devale ask as he pull Crystal into his chest
"Just thinking.!" Crystal said
"About.?" Devale ask
"My life, my career.... You.!" Crystal said as she turn around to face Devale
"You wanna talk.?" Devale ask but crystal remains silent she was just trying to put her thoughts process together
"Wait are you breaking up with me.?" Devale ask as he sat up in the bed
"Can I be honest.?" Crystal ask
"Always.!" Devale said
"Okay but just let me get it all out first please.!" Crystal said
"Okay, you have my word.!" Devale said
"Devale I love you, I truly do but since... since everything had happened I feel like a bargain. I know you dont mind and I get that you'll always be there for me. But there's a thought in the back of my mind wondering how much longer you'll put up with me and my family drama. I don't know if I'll ever recover or go back to the same Crystal that you love. I still jump hearing the alarm, I don't go out. We don't have sex, I'm emotional all the time, and it seems like I'm depending on you physically and mentally and I don't think it's fair to you. A thought cross my mind only once to break things off with you but, not because I don't love you but it's because I'm scared. I have never felt this way about anyone in my life and then this bullshit happens and it's like I'm back to the old Crystal that's beaten down.!" Crystal said as she started crying and Devale pulled her into his arms
"One I love you too, two I will never leave you ever especially after what just happened. I don't care if I have to be here for you emotionally, mentally or physically because I'm here for you. You were my bestfriend before my lover and I wouldn't change anything not one bit. And SEX who's give a damn about sex. Yes, our love making is amazing but your health and your wellbeing means more to me then sex. I'm not that type of guy, and I never will be. And Crystal I don't want the old you if it's not you and I also don't want the fake pretend that you okay you either. If you fine one day great if you have a set back the next, that's still alright because you are human and your feelings are valid. You don't see me pushing you away and you don't see me being less then a lover, so don't do that to me.!" Devale said and Crystal nod her head she couldn't speak because her emotions were all over the place
