Chapter 9

JOON's POV

Days had passed and i haven't talked nor meet up with my colleague Park Chanyeol...

I always wondered why did he answered me like that on our last phone call together.

Seriously, i can't remember doing a single thing with her girlfriend, Eunji.

From these past days, i always wondered why has he been ignoring my calls nor texts or every communications lines we have together.

I hadn't got much to do anything since he ignored me.

We went around Seoul pretty much always just to spend time together.

We were best of friends on college, pretty much.

Well, on this situation, i guess not.

I went to the store and bought some needs and foods to pass the week

As i was walking down the streets of Gangnam, i saw Eunji walking on the other side walk.

I approached her and she seemed quite disappointed, seeing me.

"Hey Eunji~ i haven't seen you in awhile." I said standing straight.

"U-uh Yeah." then she pointed with her thumb, signaling that she "HAS TO GO" 

"I-i gotta g-g-go. Runnin' an e-errand here." She walked fast, ignoring me completely

I held her wrist and asked firmly..

Looked her in the eyes and said it directly

"What happened to Yeol? If you don't mind me asking." i said

She stuttered.

"We broke up, and i haven't heard anything else from him, now, let go of my wrist and i am running a some sort of errand here." She tugged her wrist, trying to break free from my grip

"Seriously. What Happened?" i asked 

She looked at me in the eyes and said it firmly.

"Go, ask Yeol. I actually mind you asking, because it is too much for me to bear, now let go." she said and fixed her scarf.

I had let go..

How would i ask Yeol, if he has anger and rage to me?

I can't even call nor text him in either ways he doesn't respond.

I walked home filled with curiosity, impatience and sadness of why are they ignoring me?

Did i do something wrong? That made them dislike me? Or were they just pretending?

If i remember clearly, Chanyeol, was a prankster himself back in college, and i got used to that, then he stopped pranking since he got his first official job in Seoul as an Artist in SM Entertainment.

And i got a damn job, which you all know today, my office mate is MinAh and Eunji...

I really can't find out why would they?

Well, after i saw Eunji i went home and ate my dinner

CHANYEOL's POV

I lied down on the bed and pondered quickly just to make me feel quite alone..

I was spaced out already since breakfast with the members of all their questions.

Should i tell them? Should i get them a charm like this and take them with me?

I shook my head "Nah, you shouldn't Chanyeol. They'll think your bonkers in your brain."

I sat up and mesmerize the charm carefully...

"Hmmm." i said and closely looked at the charm..

As i saw the back, there is a kinda quote like sentence.

"If you find someone you love in your life, then hang on to that love." 

The quote...tells my break up with Eunji...

I don't even know if i need to go back to her....Maybe she moved on that quick and doesn't love me anymore, i don't want to disturb her anymore..

But how can i tell?

How?

Does this charm will help me get her back and know the truth behind it?

Or is this charm was only destined to me, just to like check her out, stare at her and like mesmerize her without any response that is given to me?

I sighed and groaned in frustration.

"I'm an adult! You are an adult PARK CHANYEOL! How can this "BE" a major problem to you! This is like a childish toy!" 

I gripped tight on the charm and lied my head down and got a nap.

EUNJI's POV

I went home tired...

All what i wanted to do was watch TV, eat. Since it's Friday.

Took off my blouse and pencil skirt, which made me left the tank top and shorts instead.

I sat on the the couch and turned on the TV..

News came up and saw hmm....Chanyeol in it.

"This just in, EXO's Chanyeol made a response through all the haters in his SNS account (INSTAGRAM) in a polite and mannered way, delivering, the message." 

"Hmm, he's always been polite." i said and got my bag and opened my bag...

The charm had a glowing light at the back and saw that there was a quote like sentence written.

"All my life, my heart has yearned for a thing I cannot name."

I held on the charm for awhile and sighed, putting it back on the bag and tried forgetting what it said.

"Chanyeol.....i wish you knew that you are the one i am yearning for but i can't now."

"Eunji.....Should i get back to you? Am i still the one you need all this time?"
