However, the other half of the city despised Vito, considering him a troublemaker, a instigator who thrived on chaos. His confrontational style and aggressive command of language only exacerbated tensions, and some believed that his actions did more harm than good.

Karina knew that Vito's involvement in her quest for justice could be a double-edged sword. On one hand, he had the influence to make waves, to draw attention to the corruption that plagued Lake City.
