Chapter 1: First Destination

6:34 am

City of Santa Rosa Multi-Purpose Complex

Kennedy starts getting excited as he enters the bus with his seatmate, Aria.

"Aria I'm not ready, this is filling me with energy!"

"I know right? We finally got to go to the concert! I'm sure you've been waiting for that."

"And I know you're waiting for the maze Aria"

They went to their seats and sat down after getting checked by the teachers. After that, they started with the prayer.

"Lance please lead us in prayer." Said their adviser.

Lance heads up to the front of the bus and starts reciting a prayer. The bus leaves for their first planned destination, the famous Filipino band, Eraserheads Concert!

Ken loves this band, he also listens to them every day! During its announcement, he jumped up with joy.

"Yes! I can finally meet my favorite band!"

"Okay Ken you may take your seat, we all know how excited you are." Said their adviser.

He, along with his seatmate both listened to the instructor who outlined the rules and regulations during the trip.

"Remember, the concert isn't private so stay close to your classmates, you might get lost. While I'm discussing the rules, feel free to call out anyone who's missing or if you need help from a guardian."

Knowing the destination was far from the school, Ken put on his headphones and turned on some tunes.

"Aria, can I lean on you so I can sleep?"

"Sure I don't mind, though keep it low I don't wanna get squished neither do I want anyone suspecting we're together because we're not."

"Okay got it."

After a while, Kennedy woke up from his nap while Aria was looking at the window.

"What the hell is everyone cheering about?"

"It's the instructor! He's giving out a trivia about the band! You should join, you are a top fan after all."

"I guess it wouldn't hurt."

He started listening in because this was about questions about the band.

"When was the band Eraserheads formed?" Asked the instructor.

Ken raised his hand as fast as he could and was called by the instructor,

"1989, the exact month and day was not specified by the band but the first release of their song was 1989." blurted out by Ken.

As expected he was correct! The trivia game ended, and he got called 19 out of the 30 questions and got all of them right.

"Woah what's that big area?" said Aria.

"OMG That's the venue! My nerves are so psyched up right now!"

"Okay, everyone don't stand up yet as we aren't in the front yet, please behave after we safely park at the side of the venue."

They lined up after they parked and lined up then got down. Kennedy is thrilled to see a lot of people from the school and some of his friends from the other section there already too.

"Oh hey Andielle!"

"Yo, you ready?"

"Yep."

It was packed as expected! They got to the front as they were early to the venue. After, he went to his most trusted and loved friend group called In Between.

"Hey guys!"

"Hey Ken! You wanna join me and Raki, we're taking pictures." Said Resilynn.

"Of course I wouldn't say never."

"Hey include us too!" said the rest of the group.

After 10 minutes or so it started and they started squealing!

"Arby this is the moment we're waiting for!" Said Ken while jumping hand in hand with Aria.

"I know this is so exciting!"

The band opened up with the song "Ligaya" and they all sang along with all their heart. They went on for 2 hours on that concert singing song like, Ang Huling El Bimbo, Spolarium, Sembreak, Maselang Bahaghari, and all other famous songs of the band. They ended with a bang with the song "Harana" and ended the concert.

They got back to the bus and drank some water to sooth their overused voice.

"I'm not ready for the next destination" said Ken

"Hey what even is the next destination anyway? I forgot already."

"It's......
