Optimus was training some soldiers for hand-to-hand combat. A woman stepped in the sparring room. She was giving Optimus the reports.

Optimus went back to training the rookies and several other soldiers and Optimus sparred with Briggs who managed to bodyslam Optimus. Optimus was knocked unconscious as he hit his head.
"Commander! Shit, some one got get Ratchet and have him bring a Gurney." Maria demanded. Maria saw that Optimus's clavicle was out of place.
Maria hit it back into place. Optimus gritted his teeth in pain from his clavicle being put back. Ratchet arrived and he checked Optimus's vitals. "It was a clean break, I managed to put it back in place." Maria said.
"Good, clean breaks in bones are a good thing as it's easier to put back in place and they'll heal easier and no surgery is required for a clean break." Ratchet said.
Optimus grunted as he felt a needle in him. "What is that?" Optimus asked. "Morphine will help you with the pain." Maria said.
Optimus was in the gurney and headed to the med bay. "Rodriguez, you will monitor Optimus, as he is your patient." Ratchet said as he left.
Maria nodded. Maria X-rated Optimus's broken clavicle. Maria checked his vitals and she felt his chest for anymore injuries Optimus grunted. "You broke a rib too." Maria said and she left.
