Jk's phone grasp from his hand as many thoughts flooded his mind, as he realized the gravity of his actions.

Hyung was so worried for me , he even came to meet me but what I did , I shouted at him

Regret washed over him as he thought back to the moment he stormed out of his in-laws' house Even when Taehyung came to talk, he had shouted at him without even giving him a chance to explain

His mother's words echoed loudly in his mind, reminding him how wrong he was , he should have talk to Taehyung before running into conclusion, this realization brought tears streaming down his cheeks.

As Taehyung's phone was turned off, he groaned in frustration and called Yeonjun again.

"Hello, Yeon, how's hyung? Did he come back-"

Yeon sighed, "No, Kookie, he still hasn't returned."

Jungkook worriedly asked, "Oh god, where is he then? Is he in trouble? What should I do-"

"Jungkook, calm down. Hyung is safe, and he's currently working the night shift at the hospital. Dad confirmed it, so don't worry."

Jungkook let out a relieved sigh, "Thank god he's safe."

"But he must be really upset mom and he had a fight today" Yeonjun added.

Jungkook sniffled and began crying loudly,

"I messed up again yeonie all these happening because of me What have I done?"

"Stop crying bunny , dont worry hyung will understand, okay? just don't think too much and try to sleep We'll talk tomorrow. I'm not feeling well either."

"Kookie where are you doing dear, its already night "

Jungkook's tear-filled eyes pleaded desperately

"Mom, please understand... I have to go... I need to meet him, I need to fix things between us."

Mrs. Jeon gently guided him back into the living room, making him sit down.

"Kookie, you can't go now. It's too late. I promise you will meet him tomorrow, okay?"

Jungkook voice cracked

"What happened, Kook? You were fine earlier. Did something happen? Is Taehyung alright?"
