Her birthday.

The sun was shining through the bakery, as the half-Asian midnight blue-haired girl woke up in an unusually cheerful mood. She got up instantly from her bunkbed to get changed for today's school day.

It is unusual for her to wake up early, get changed to something unusual, and even sing her heart out as she was getting ready for today's day.

Which is her birthday.

Now, she may be annoyed about her class's stupidity when it comes to the ridiculous occurrence of a lying snake joining her class and lying her heart out about stuff that only an idiot would believe, but at least they are still on good terms.

Besides, who would forget this special day of hers? She invited everyone to a party that was happening today at the park. Yes, she organized with her parents the whole park for today's special event. It has a big cake and decorations designed by her, and she sent all her friends a message a few weeks ago about the invite to the party. Everyone said that they would arrive today, so she is excited.

But the sad thing is that Marinette doesn't see the truth behind her friends. Well, most of them.

"Good morning, Marinette. Happy Birthday!!"

She turned around to see her beloved kwamis holding a sign attached to two sticks and floating in a position that was shaping a love heart. It may be out of the toilet roll and her paint brushes that sign and written there 'Hapy Birfdai', but this made their guardian's heart melt in awe.

"Aww, guys. This is amazing. Thank you!" This made her smile brightly at the gesture she got for the start of her big day. Let's just hope that this will be like that all day.

"Now, you better grab some breakfast, Marinette. We don't want to be late for school, now do we?"
Tikki spoke about her habit of guiding her owners of the ladybug miraculous onto the good path, especially since she is an ancient god of creation and wants only the best for her best friend.

As Tikki flew onto Marinette's purse, she checked again if she looked great for today's day. She is wearing a pink dress with black flower imprints at the bottom of it. She has her hair loose and has pink flower chocker and rings on.

"Let's survive this day." Marinette thought as she went downstairs to grab her breakfasts, and stopped when she got a message from Adrien. Yes, none other than Adrien Agreste.

Little Kitty: Good morning, Mari. Happy birthday.

Long story, but ever since Lila joined this class, Lila had to sit at the front because of her 'ear condition of tinnitus'. Of course, Miss Bustier hadn't checked the medical history about it and forced Marinette to sit at the back. Adrien though hadn't found it fair that she must sit alone at the back, so the next time they had class, he sat beside her.
