I got back to the house after practice an it's been a couple weeks filming but I saw a bunch of papers and a file on my bed saying "file for parental custody and rights" I dropped my bags and grabbed the file opening it reading

This court case is between social services and Elizabeth Olsen. File for her to have full rights of Alexandra Olsen and to have her back taking her out of care court case is 7 th of June determining weather Elizabeth will gain full costdoial rights back

I thre the file back in my bed just it's pissed me off knowing I wasn't even told about this but I had work soon what meant seeing lizzy so I showered and headed there an she saw me but I looked away an straight to the room here everybody sits but of course no body was there apart from Lizzie  where we sat at the same table and I went on my phone "I heard the papers got delivered" Lizzie  said "it dates back to the day after we met... and you didn't tell me you applied" I asked "I'm sorry okay I didn't even know I would get accepted now the court case is next week... this it totally up to me and you how about I speak to the Wilson's An can figure something out" "they already signed their part." I said kind of annoyed looking away "they only got delivered today wow" she sounded surprised "yep" I answered "what's wrong" she said and I looked away before back at her "the court might not accept you because of a few things" I said "what type of things" she said "they won't just let somebody like me with my record  out that easy maybe I just kinda don't wanna risk it in case it gets rejected" "don't worry about that leave me to deal with that it will get accepted trust me. I know I haven't been there but I'm trying now just please" she asked and I opened up my bag grabbing the papers. I signed them an then handed them to her and she smiled  I really don't care anymore so we got on with our work day and that was it

I was stood next to my attorney and Alex was late. She walked in bickering with her foster parents as they tried to fix her shirt, she wa wearing jeans an a blouse but I just smiled knowing she hated wearing it and she soon stood next to giving me a slight smile  and I smiled back

A man yelled an we all stood up properly as the judge walked in "okay so this is a custodial case between social services and miss Olsen over Alexandra.. social services may start" he said "Alex is a troubled kid we wanna let her take her just we want to know if she knows her record, her two times in juvenile detention 3 arrests and multiple run ins with the police. The suspensions from school all the behavioural issues inside of school plus she broke a girls nose while playing soccer an a endless list" he carried on ranting and I felt the mood change between me an Alex this is what she meant by her record but soon was my turn "your honour I'm aware of Alex's behaviour and I'm sure she has improved over time over why I have seen. I am fulliny willing to take her back in after my pregnancy at 16" I said and he ordered a break so me an Alex went outside "could of told me about the record" I made a joke to her "sorry" she said "it's fine, you gonna tell me about all that though right" I asked and she agreed before we got called back in "my final decision is miss Olsen will have full parental custody over Alex."
