Location: the new age Academy

Right now the three headmistresses of the new age Academy are dealing with a massive problem you see for the last few days there has been numerous reports about a vigilante by the name of Venom it started with a bank robbery in New York then it started to to happen in different places most recently a confirmed Venom sighting was confirmed in Musutafu Japan when she defeated a numerous amount of villains and even discovered a hero had sided with a group of low level villains and had even left a very Sinister and dark message.

Glynda: the dark Purge is on the horizon, what does that mean?

Ruby Tojo: I don't know but I have a bad feeling about all this.

Venelana: the real question is what are we going to do about this vigilante?

Glynda: well I've already put out an APB to every available agent we have to locate and capture the Vigilante known as Venom.

Without warning Glynda received a transmission on her scroll she picked it up and it was none other than the dragon hero Ryuko Tatsuma she had blonde hair porcelain like skin she had a pair of bat like wings on her back some razor sharp claws attached to her head she was wearing a long red dress white sleeves not connected to her dress and she had silver fingernails.

Glynda: Ryuko did you find the target?

Ryuko Tatsuma: that I did right now the Vigilante Venom is currently attacking a villain who attempted to rob a convenience store I know the villain her name is Toxzon and right now I don't know if I should help the villain or pull up a chair make some popcorn and enjoy the show~

Glynda: listen this is no time to goof around your mission is simple you are to defeat, capture, and bring back the Vigilante Venom!

Ryuko Tatsuma: I know I know I'm just joking don't worry I'll take care of this lickety split.

Glynda: make sure to use the element of surprise if this vigilante truly is as powerful as everyone says your best chance is to take her down as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

Ryuko Tatsuma: consider it done.

Ryuko immediately terminated the transmission.

Glynda: I truly hope this works.

3rd Person POV.
Location: Musutafu Japan

Right now Venom is chasing down a villain who attempted to rob a convenience store but due to her bumbling she failed when Venom showed up she ran like a coward she is known as the toxic villain her Quirk is known as toxic a simple name for a powerful quirk you see her powers derive from that of toxic pollutants and substances she has a total Mastery over poisons and toxins her Quirk allows her to produce any type of toxic or poisonous substances she can use her toxic abilities for attack defense and to even Grant her the power of flight she has been known as one of the most deadly villains but unfortunately due to her toxic powers mixing with her natural body chemistry drove her to Madness at one time she was known as Tatiana Octavia Zander she was at one time a slightly unstable scientist who wanted nothing more than to cleanse the world of its toxic pollutants but when her Quirk manifested in her adulthood it drove her to Madness she stands at a whopping 6 ft. tall she wears a suit of armor that not only amplifies her powers but it also protects her and keeps her body in check from the toxic pollutants that course through her veins it also allows her to channel her powers into Shields Wolverine like blades and even Grant her the power to fly and absorb new toxins and poisons to add to her Arsenal.
