Chapter 6 Feelings grow.

You streach your arms above your head and go to sit up, but find that you can't seem to lift yourself up.

Curious of why, you open your left eye and find Suzian's head laying on your chest.

Your eyes fully open in shock as you weren't expecting to find her cuddling you in your sleep.

Your about to wake her when your mothers voice speaks to you.

Catherin: Sleep well?

You: Mother I swear, it's not what it looks like.

Hearing your voice Suzian's eyes slowly open and she streaches.

Suzian: Morning Lee, hmm Lee?

Suzian turns her head to see your mother standing beside your bed.

Suzian: Good morning miss Smith.

Catherin: Good morning Suzian, care to explain this?

You: Mother I.

Suzian: It's my fault, I asked Lee if I could sleep with him in his bed.

Your face fills with fear as she explains.

Suzian: He asked me to stay on my side of the bed, but I just couldn't help myself he felt so warm.

Catherin: It's alright, I can tell you two didn't do anything when I checked on you two this morning. 

You: You already saw us?

Catherin: Your a good man Lee, I'm not going to get mad at you for helping a friend. Now get dressed your father is waiting for you outside. Oh and Suzian he'd like to get measurements of your height and size.

Suzian: My measurements?

You: Uh what for?

Catherin: It's a surprise, now hurry up you two. Oh and Lee I heard you talking about her staying with us, your father and I both agreed on it.

You both look at each other before Suzian sits up allowing you to place your feet on the floor.

Suzian: *rubbing her shoulder* S-sorry about that Lee.

You: *pulling your tunic over your head* I asked you to stay on that side of the bed, I almost thought my mother was going to slap me out the window.

Suzian: *feeling your upset with her* I'm s-sorry, I just felt really safe with you. I haven't slepted with company or in the same bed with anyone for a long time.

You: It's alright, I was just worried how my parents would react.

Suzian: *as you slip your boots on* Well they seemed alright with it.

You: We should be lucky their more understanding, now lets go see what my father wants.

Suzian: Okay.

You: Hold on, how's your wounds?

Suzian: I feel fine, less pain then last night.

You: Alright, but just take it easy alright?

Suzian: Okay.

With that you both head outside to find your father.

John: Ah there you two are, enjoy your sleep last night.

You: Father?

John: What your mother thinks you two looked cute laying together.

You: She what?

Suzian can't help but giggle at your reaction.
