Your Standard Anime (Erin's POV)

First Day Feelings

        Today was the first day back from the summer break. Erin got up early to make her siblings breakfast since her parents weren't around to do so. The bacon and Eggs sizzled on the stove and the toaster dinged signaling the toast was ready.

"Breakfast!" Erin called out to her younger siblings, you could hear the thumping of feet against the oak flooring and Skylar, Erin's 8 year old sister, emerged from the hall grinning. Skylar sat down in her usual seat and Erin placed a plate consisting of two pieces of bacon, one egg, and a slice of toast cut in half with wild berry jam on it. "Dig in!" Erin said smiling at her while setting down a chocolate milk before walking back to the stove.

A couple of minutes later out emerged her little brother, Layken. Layken was always an odd one, he'd always get into trouble and was seen as a 'bad boy' it always worried her, being the student council president after all and she constantly had to get onto him at school, she handed him his plate of breakfast and he also sat down at the table. Time went by and the small family chattered while enjoying breakfast but soon they would have to quickly get ready to leave for school, Erin sat out Skylar's uniform before rushing to her room to get into her own, she had a special jacket signaling her rank in the school. Once everyone was ready she walked Skylar to her school and watched Layken make his way to school.

    She felt worried about him walking by himself to school but she would meet with him once she was there. "Is Lay-Kun going to be ok?" Skylar asked Erin. "Yeah, i think so!" Erin wasn't 100% sure but one can hope. For the rest of the walk they talked about the excitement of the first day back and how Skylar will make so many friends at school.

    Once Erin got to school she didn't see Layken at the meeting spot and it was weird? She couldn't keep standing around waiting since she had a early morning meeting so she sent him a quick text asking about him and went into the meeting. When she got out a student ran to her saying he was in the nurses office, what the hell? She ran immediately to the office only to be greeted by him, the nurse, a officer and a girl? who was she? why was she there? and why was this girl blushing?
