Imogen stood outside St. Mungo's staring up at the high rise building. After her time in Hogwarts she knew she wanted to help people. Many of her classmates felt at ease around her and sometimes to the point where she would know everyone's business. If she was able to make people feel the way that she did then maybe she can make a difference outside of Hogwarts.

After the war, the rebuilding process of Hogwarts began and many students returned to finish what little they had left before everything went down. Before you graduate there is a career aptitude test to help you narrow down and get your foot in the door. Of course you had the option to not take this test but oftentimes you would be left undecided and on your own in the world.

Imogen remembered how she sat at her desk in the shared space she had in Hogwarts, surrounded by the soft glow of her desk lap. The parchment before her was filled with the results of the career aptitude test she had taken earlier that week.

She was afraid to open it, she wasn't sure what she was afraid of there was really no wrong or right answer. Whatever she sees doesn't mean it's what she has to be or do, it's just to help her start thinking about the future outside of Hogwarts.

Carefully she ripped the envelope, each career option inked into the letter. As she scanned the list, a mix of excitement and uncertainty bubbled within her.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapist / Psychologist

Psychiatrist

Teacher / Professor

Attorney / Family Lawyer

These choices made sense to her, giving her a sign of relief. She is an INFJ  personality type according to this muggle test she had taken once in muggle studies.

Her keen interest in the complexities of the human mind had drawn her toward the therapeutic profession. The idea of helping people navigate through their struggles, providing support, and understanding was not new to her. She envisioned herself as a therapist, establishing connections with her clients and guiding them toward healing and the satisfaction that came after once she saw positive change in their lives fueled her.

Walking into the building Imogen was greeted by security. "Good day to you miss." She gave a warm smile and a small "you too." She made her way to the elevator up to the 30th floor. Finding her way to her mentor's office she was greeted by Melissa Frat, head of the therapeutic division. She was a lady in her middle age, red hair, always wore dark clothes, and very red lipstick.

"Miss Knight, thank you for meeting me here today," Melissa greeted warmly towards Imogen. Extending her hand out, making sure to give a firm handshake, "it's my pleasure to be here, Melissa." She quickly removed her hand and wiped her clammy hands against her pencil skirt. "I am sure we are here to discuss a possible promotion?" asked Imogen nervously.

Imogen has been working in this profession for two years now. After spending a lot of time with Madam Pomfrey, she was delighted to recommend Imogen as she saw how Imogen acted with her peers and professors. She was a sweet girl with a kind heart. Though, one would ask why she was placed in Slytherin, it might have had to do with her ambition.

This ambition has made her feel ready for a challenge. The idea of becoming a psychiatrist would allow her to dive further into the medical aspects of mental health. Which leads to her currently meeting with Melissa today.

"Yes you are correct. On the note of moving up, there are a couple of things I wanted to go over with you if that is alright?"

"Yes of course" Trying to keep her nerves down.
