My heart skipped a beat when I heard my dad Michael's voice as I closed the front door softly.

I squirmed and held my breath as he switched on the light in the kitchen " What did I say about sneaking away from Brian, especially at 2 in the morning. Where were you?" I swallowed slowly as I tried to steady my heartbeat that I could hear loudly in my ears" Dad..I..I just went to Molly's for a few hours. We had something important to discuss."

My dad looked at me, his expression staying the same. " Like what?" He asked as I slowly walked away from the door towards the kitchen.

" It's just girl talk dad... something personal. Molly just needed some comforting." I said trying to avoid eye contact.

My dad crossed his arms while looking more angry than he was when I sneaked back a few minutes ago. " This is the twentieth time you managed to slip away from Brain. I'm getting tired of this act May!" My eyes flinched at his sudden raise of voice, I could hear the anger this time. " Dad I.. like I told you, I don't need a bodyguard 24/7, I'm 21. I'm not a child anymore. I don't understand why he alway has to follow me everywhere, even if I visit at a friends house, he always has to come in with me. It's ridiculous."

My dad slams his hands on the table. " You don't have to understan a thing! All you have to know is what I say goes!..do you understand me?" I rolled my eyes and snickered,

" I said do. You. Understand  me?" He said.

I sighed irritatingly and mumbled a harsh " Yes" . "I will just give him the slip like all the other times." I whispered under my breath. But my father must've heard because I heard him say. " I know. That is why I'm getting a 5 star professional tommorow. I fired Brian as soon as he called me. I'm done with your games. This ends now. It's only for your own good will honey." He says as he gives me a kiss on my forehead and went upstairs.

I groaned " Ugh!.. someone worse than Brian. I fucking hate this!" I said softly to myself while walking to my room.
