It was the next day, most of the residents are still sleeping, But then again.. Yesterday, news about Kurama's sudden appearance spread fast like wild fire, everyone was so surprised about it but they were even more surprised that a human would be someday leading them. The foxes were a little uncertain about this but they still chose to respect Kurama's decision. As they have full faith in their master.

Toshi just woke up from his nap while waiting for Yuudai the council room was still empty and dark meaning there was no sign Yuudai yet. it was unusual considering Yuudai should've already returned by now, even if he was in danger he could easily take out some A-S Class shinobi. it was very easy to just teleport back to the realm so toshi was worried for the fox.

A couple minutes passed and finally a smoke apperead. Standing there, was a fox looking annoyed due to the recent circumstances. Toshi looked at him and sighed with relief as he spoke "Ah Yuudai! I was starting to get worried for ya! Good thing you came back before we jumped into conculusions. "

... What just happened? Yuudai, spoke in a confusing tone. Toshi just looked at him sheepishly for a couple seconds then explained the full story of what happened after the Meeting.

Kiyomi POV

I woke up earlier than I expected, I blinked slowly and waved my tails as I transformed into my human form to make breakfast for nanami.

Hm, looks like I don't have anything to cook for breakfast. I guess I should go hunting for today.

Kiyomi then got ready with some items and before she left she took out a basket and closed the door. She contemplated if she should hunt for fish or rabbits, but after walking for awhile she didn't find any rabbits as she reached the forest. She found a pretty good amount of fish in the river.

"Well that's decided." She hummed as she fished atleast 10 fishes and brought them home.

She opened the door and saw that nanami is still asleep so she was overjoyed to have time to cook breakfast.

She cut 4 of the fishes the seasoned, and then skilfully fried them, she also made a simple omelette to pair with the grilled rabbit.

Just as she was about to plate the food, a little girl with messy hair walked out the room yawning.

The girl looked really happy looking at the food that about to be placed, "woah, kiyomi-san. That looks really good!"
The girls eyes lit up and she became energetic.

The tailed fox couldn't help but smile at the sight of someone being truly happy just to see a simple breakfast. She placed them quickly expecting nanami to be hungry.

Well nanami-chan, why don't you sit and eat breakfast with me? Kiyomi exclaimed happily.

Of course! Nanami quickly jumped on the chair and ate like it was the best meal ever created.

Kiyomi smiled before she told nanami to "slow down, the food isn't gonna leave you."

Nanami looked at Kiyomi sheepishly and responded with a bright, "okay!"

After you've finished eating, I would like to give you some items that I think would help you.

15 minutes later.

Kiyomi-sannnn, I'm all finished! Nanami grinned while looking at the female fox.

Okay nanami, follow me. It's my job to look after you and protect you. So we are gonna start training soon but before that... Welcome to the storage room, where all my weapons and scrolls are sealed.

Woah! This is so exciting, nanami said while she looked all over the room fawning over all the weapons and items lying around.. But there was a special katana she looked at with curiosity.

Kiyomi noticed nanami's curious gaze and took out the katana and showed it to her. Do you want this Nanami-chan? Kiyomi looked at nanami expecting an answer.

But though, nanami was quite embarrassed to see that kiyomi-san caught her looking at something that looks so secluded from other items, she felt as it was too important for her to want and take. But she still said yes, expecting that the katana would not be given to her.

Despite nanami's thinking, Kiyomi simply put the katana infront of nanami expecting her to take it.

Ehhh! Wait kiyomi-san, are you giving this to me?! But this looks far too important for me to have it!Nanami exclaimed in disbelief.

Take it, you picked a good one. This katana is a one of a kind, it's very lightweight and is made with the finest chakra metal found in the realm and it's also imbued with my own chakra. Allowing the user wield the 2 elements, fire and wind.

Nanami looked at the mighty katana with glowing eyes and appreciation towards kiyomi.

Thank you! Really kiyomi-san, this is the first and best thing anyone gave me. I will treasure it and protect it with my life!

Kiyomi looked happy to see nanami but it shows that she's also sad that in all of nanami's years. No one gave her a single gift as a simple gesture to show that they cared. But she quickly dismissed the thought and put all her focus on nanami.

Nanami-chan, if you smear your blood throughout the katana's blade. It will recognize you as it's owner, other users will feel the heavyweight of the katana and would not be able to use it. It will simply deactivate all it's properties. The only way to transfer ownership is if the current owner allows it.

Nanami nodded and cut her finger a little and smeared the blood. The sword glowed red for a moment and after a couple seconds, the name Nanami Uzumaki-Namikaze was ingraved in the katana's hilt.

Indicating the sword accepted his new master and took some of nanami's chakra as a base.
