We wear the masks the world bestows,

Become the fear from which we rose.

Yet in that abyss, stark and deep, A whisper calls, rouses from sleep.

For self is more than others see, It's what we forge, what we can be.

To know oneself, a quest prafound,

To shun the chains by which we're bound.

For when we fear our inner tide, We turn that dread on others, wide.

Yet, vulnerability's gift is clear, In open hearts, truth draws near.

Seek refuge in another's eyes, Discover strength in shared ties.

For we are more than pain and past,

Bright futures sculpted, vast and vast.

In seeking love, we find our way, And dawn emerges from the grey
