Chapter 13

After a long shower aria goes to her study table to grab her notebook but gets surprised to see a brand new phone and a laptop sitting there perfectly wrapped and a small note on top of it.

Still surprised she picks up the note and the words written on it made her chest tighten a bit.

She can't believe that they brought these for her. They're so nice. She doesn't deserve this. Sniffling she picks up the new phone and opens the box and stares at it for two whole minutes. She just can't seem to believe she has a brand new phone now. Her own phone. She wants to thank them. God even thanking them won't be enough she should do something for them but what. She thinks of a plan to thank them before going downstairs.

"hey Tia come on dinner's ready. sit with me today" zayne says rushing by my side as he gently holds my shoulder before we start walking to the dining hall.

All of my brothers are present today. So awkward. Elijah comes with the chicken dish on his hands while a maid sets the plate before leaving.

"let's start eating everyone" Zavier tells us before everyone starts to filling up their plates. I don't reach forward because I still feel like out of place and very awkward so zayne's start putting chicken and rice on my plate. It has almost became a routine for them. Only zayne and Elijah. Sometimes Luke. They realized that I don't get foods on my plate so they do it for me. And I'm grateful. We all start to eat silently. I mean I eat quietly but my brothers are talking. I didn't even realize that Elijah asked me something until zayne nudges me with his arm. I shoot forward and see everyone looking at me.

Clearing my throat I answer, "sorry uhm what were you saying?"

"it's okay sweetheart. I just asked how was school today? Anything fun?" Elijah smiles at me while repeating his question.

I awkwardly shift in my seat before responding, "uh it was... Great. The teachers are nice."I mutter quietly not appreciating the silence the room has been ever since I started talking.

" oh really that's great. Did you made any friends?!" Elijah asks enthusiastically.

" y-yeah I... I made a few friends. They're very nice too."i say remembering Izzy and her group telling me to be their bestie.

"wow love that's so nice. Are they're in your classes or-" Luke answers smiling at me from my other side.

"yeah Izzy is from my English and French class and Callan and Julia are from history but Aaron Aliya and Liam are from different section so we don't have that much classes together" I say quite happily. Happy at the fact that my brothers are trying to converse with me about my school and friends.i love talking to them. Whatever topic it is. I just like hearing them talking about anything with me. Makes me feel like I'm important to them.

"wait Callan? Aaron Liam? Tia you made guy friends too?!" zayn says faking a glare. Even Dante and Zack seems like they're controlling themselves. But why?

"w-why..." Leonardo clears his throat before saying again

"why do you have guy friends. You... You should stay away from guys" Leonardo finishes as I stare at him. My mouth hung open.
