He went away from aunty and Avneet.

Siddharth is shivering, he can understand that he is threatening him. That if he didn't do what Ananya wish so she will ruin their lives.
Ananya's PA : so I hope you will come today.
Siddharth : hmm. (He is trapped again)

Siddharth cuts the call.
Faisal is feeling so bad on the other side, he had been forced to give his contact number and call him.
Siddharth came to his mother, he is sweating so badly.
Avneet : all good?

Avneet can notice on his face that something must be troubling him right now.
Vibha aunty : let's go siddharth, we are getting late for train?
Siddharth : sorry mom?! We can't go back today.
Vibha aunty : what? but why?
Siddharth : the hotel owner ask me to come to complete some formalities, then only I can go.
Avneet caught it immediately that he is lying because she talked to hotel owner herself.
But she didn't said anything in front of aunty.
Vibha aunty : uhm....
Avneet : it's okay Aunty, I will book train ticket for tomorrow.
Vibha aunty : you fine na siddharth.
Siddharth : yeah mom.
Siddharth went in room.
Avneet (to aunty) : what is the problem aunty? I guess something is wrong with him.
