Ham Dani's POV

After I left Ban Yeoryoung, I bumped into someone named Chunyoung. I quickly apologized and ran off, but then I collided with someone else.

A pretty girl was standing there, looking mad as her book fell to the ground.

"Excuse me, please watch where you're going," she said sharply.

A short-tempered girl... A possible antagonist...

"A-ah, sorry, I didn't mean to," I apologized sincerely, knowing it wouldn’t help to get on the wrong side of a 'villain.'

"Ham Dani?" She glanced at my name tag, and I froze when she called my name.

"It's fine, but I shall remember your name, Ham Dani.

"'C-crazy! Please just forget me,' I yelled in my head as the girl smiled.

I flinched. A pretty smile, but somehow it sent a shiver down my spine.

"Ah—was my smile terrible?" she asked innocently, as if she didn’t know what was wrong.

"N-no, it's not that. You're just so pretty that I couldn't help..." '...but shiver,' I kept that thought to myself, not wanting to get involved with her any further.

"Alright, thanks. I'm Chua Nightingale," she introduced herself, extending her hand.

"O-oh, I'm Ham Dani," I replied awkwardly, bowing instead of shaking hands.

"Oops—sorry, I'm kind of new here. I was actually from China," she explained, bowing back.

"Oh, we're going to be late. Let's go," she said in a panic, grabbing my wrist and starting to walk down the hallway. But I stopped.

"Hm? What's wrong?" she asked, frowning as if worried about being late and scolded by her new teacher.

"I-I'm actually not from here..." I admitted, scratching my neck.

She guided me to the station and waited as I tried to find Dae-Dam. But to my disappointment, there was no such place.

No Dae-Dam... 'No! That's impossible!'Nightingale tried to help me, but it turned out she had left her phone at home.

As I told her it was fine, a sudden luxurious car stopped in front of us. Two overly good-looking guys got out, and we introduced ourselves to each other.

"A puppy?" Nightingale blurted out, surprising all of us.

"Shall we go?" The light brunette guy, Jooin, held Nightingale's and my hand as we headed down the hallway. But I stopped again.

"I-I'm actually not from there..." The two boys looked at me strangely.

"Well, it seems Dani's mom mistook her uniform," Nightingale explained on my behalf.

"Then where's your school?" Jooin asked.

"D-Dae Dam Middle School. I was supposed to go there, but..." I stuttered as Jooin seemed to be deep in thought.

"I've never heard of that," Jooin said, surprising me.

Suddenly, the boy named Jiho called someone and confirmed that there was no Dae-Dam here in Seoul.

Jooin suggested checking the enrollment roll at the principal's office.

"Oh, by the way, what's your section, Nightingale?" Jooin asked, making Nightingale realize he was still holding her hand.

"Oh, my mom told me I'm in section one," Nightingale answered awkwardly, trying to pull away from Jooin.

"What a coincidence! We're classmates along with this guy," Jooin said, pointing at the white-haired boy.

"Shall we go, then? We might be late," Nightingale said as Jiho, who had been quiet the whole time, nodded.

The four of us headed to the office and asked the teacher for the enrollment list. We searched for my name.

Section four, section three, section two... "Oh! Here's your name," Jooin pointed out.

Section one... Ban Yeoryoung, Chua Nightingale, Ham Dani, Eun Jiho, Woo Jooin, Yoo Chunyoung, Kwon Eunhyung.

'No wayyyy!' I screamed internally. The pretty Ban Yeoryoung, the handsome Yoo Chunyoung, and these three other pretty creatures were my classmates?!

I checked the roll again, praying we were mistaken, but nothing changed.

"Are you all in section one? Then you should go with your president," the teacher said, calling someone over.

"Yes, sir," a handsome red-haired boy appeared in front of us.

"Hello, I'm Kwon Eunhyung, section one," he introduced himself.

Nightingale, noticing my shock, spoke up and introduced both of us.

The five of us walked to the hallway until we reached the door of room one. As we entered, everyone froze.

'W-what?' I stopped in my tracks, noticing how all the students were looking at us. No—they were looking at the four of them: Eunhyung, Jooin, Jiho, and Nightingale.

"Alright, alright, you guys won't listen anyway," the teacher said in the background.
